They are definitely one of slowest moving drive throughs I have ever experienced. Watching the employee's, they are slow and sluggish and its frustrating to wait 25+ minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. If I hadn't been stuck in the tiny drive through, I would have said forget this! Don't go here if you're on a time limit!

Me and my fiancé spent 17$ here! First time and fries were rock hard, chicken was so tough it was just unsatisfying!!! Just shut it down like everyone else who tried running business here! Idk what kind of spicy chicken season is used but it’s gross!!!!!! I’d eat convenient food before this EVER again!!!!!

I hadn't service all times I went no issues with them. I always get the 4 piece original tenders. The tenders are good, the coleslaw is good, and the toast is ok just needs to be toasted. The part why they get a 3 is strictly their fries, I have been there 5 times and they are just horrible. I'll keep coming but please do something about that I seen countless reviews saying and I completely agree

We have been here a few times and I think they do a bang up job with the chicken. Love the Nashville hot flavor, coleslaw and the bread. I honestly think they are better than canes.

Contrary to popular belief, chickens do not actually have fingers. It's more of a little flap they use to show how irritated they are with existing. They do have toes, but trust me, you don't want those, no matter how they season them. They serve toast (Lenny's, not chickens) and you might ask yourself, "Toast? Don't I have that at home?" And you might be right Jim, but you aren't going to make it as good as they do. This is artisanal toast, and it's thicker than a roll of quarters. They have a "sauce" of some sort that looks like someone tried to recreate thousand island dressing with a degree in automotive repair, but people seem to like it. I go for the honey mustard myself. The only thing I can really complain about about is the inconsistency of the level of spice on their Nashville hot chicken. At times it makes you go "Hmm. That's spicy." While others will make you go "Did they sprinkle some paprika on these?" While others still will leave you questioning just how many pounds of mouth burning fire powder they can stick to a single lump of breaded meat. The location used to be a KFC, and sometimes, when the light hits the windows just right, you can see the Colonel's ghost watching you cheat on him. Oh yeah, and there's cheesecake!

I can’t really eat here again because it’s such a blatant Cane’s ripoff. except it costs more and the most important part - the chicken fingers, aren’t as good as Canes. So yeah, go do business at Cane’s, they started here in Ohio too, and shop local while not supporting knockoff trash Lenny’s.

If you like Raising Cane's, then you'll enjoy this even more. Chicken is juicy and far from the sad chicken fingers you'll see at other places. Waffle fries are bigger than you'd expect them to be. You'll be full, fat and happy. Enjoy!

been there 2 times an it. was today for 8 chicken tenders original.an one spicy ouch it was to warm for me Best Chicken I've ever ate thank you friendly little chicken place I'll be back

Drive Thru Had young guy working who was very rude when taking the order. asked for xtra crispy chicken and on several occasions the chicken wasnt cooked well enough. opened the box and a few pieces had been bitten into. The young guy at the window acted as if it was a game and was laughing.. Gave them the food back and left without a refund.. They can keep it all!!! I would never go back to this place. again. Stay away!! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

First time eating here, good chicken not dry and not soaked in grease.. Service was friendly and worked the order with accuracy.. Will definitely go back
