I order here alot during the work week. It's almost always quick & on time! The delivery lady is ALWAYS friendly! During COVID they were short staffed as everyone was/is she would always apologize if she was late even though it truly wasn't her fault it was late. Keep up the great work!! Please remember to tip well- it's usually not the drivers fault your food is incorrect or late
Unfortunately, my first bad experience here. Ordered through the app and was delivered to wrong address. Called and they said it would be sent right out; 30 minutes later no delivery. Called and canceled order.

Always super tasty! Always quick. About 50% of the time I get fresh bread and it makes a huge difference with taste. They do a great job!!
Had Jimmy John's for the first time tonight. It was excellent. By far the best avocado. Kickin Ranch was really good. The delivery girl was so sweet and so nice. Excellent customer service I will definitely be ordering again.
I ordered at 6 pm and waited waited i called several times and got apologies but no food i called again n they apolgized n refunded my money n said foid is on its way! Still waiting
