The Unwich Italian is my favorite. Just wish Jimmy John's would use a good quality lettuce for the wrap. Iceberg? Really? Use a big leaf lettuce and will make it so much better.
Honestly what a bad fast food place. Any other sub place is great lol they replied to my comment underwhelming because they forgot to give me food. I’m glad is underwhelming to know that people who order from you obviously don’t matter, and you don’t appreciate the business.
Ordered a Big John roast beef sandwich and got a piece of soggy bread with 1 thin slice of roast beef! Where are the vegetables etc? Then when I called to let them know my order was totally messed up they replied, “would you like a credit or to come back and have your sandwich remade?” I said I would like a credit and an extra credit for my wasted time, gas, and money. They said they could only fix their mistake. I said I will never be back again period! And the so called district manager gets on the phone misrepresenting her position- lying and defends their mistake by saying this is all we do. No customer service skills whatsoever! And I asked for her name and she replied, “I’m not at liberty to give that info.” Yes you actually are supposed to give your name along with your proper position. How do you expect to have a good fuctional business with quality food when your staff has no work ethic or integrity! This was the abbe rd in Elyria, Oh location!

I have had my order messed up here quiet a bit. I think they really need to look into who they are hiring or get them motivated to actually work. Jimmy Johns isn’t cheap, we at least want quality for the price. I can go to subway and get a better sub and friendlier staff!!

Always get through Emory have delivered to my house since opening but refuse to deliver now doesn't make sense because I know I'm a great Tipper not a problem customer
