Went for lunch and it feels like this place is dying. We needed a low table so we could use a high chair. There were only two tables like that and they were under burnt out lights in the corner next to a row of broken arcade machines. We couldn't see anything. They had one server working. Only one other group of patrons. A few other people eating alone. The food was actually pretty good, but the atmosphere was really depressing.
Because of the pandemic it's been a few years since we've been there. Our last visit, pre-pandemic was awesome. Corn hole out side and lots of beers on tap and the foid was hot and served quickly. How times have changed. I felt bad for the server because she was doing her best. No craft beer on tap. Food took forever and there were only 5 tables in the building with 2 servers on the floor. Mixed drinks were fantastic. Kudos tonthe bartender. In short, it looked like as if they were going out of business. It was a Bummer. Hopefully it improves.
We really loved the location in Strongsville, but decided to try the Elyria location because it was closer. The servers were quick to greet us and bring menus. Food was ordered and came to the table quickly. Ordered a custom bison burger, which came out terrible. Was very well done and dry, onion straws were soggy, and the mushrooms were very burnt. However, the manager came to the table quickly after we spoke with our server, he spoke to us like he really cared about our experience and the food then had the kitchen remake our meal for us. The 2nd time everything was perfect. It was a burger fit for advertising. I would go back again simply because the GM was so nice.

Ordered through Doordash. Boneless wings are chunks of chicken breast which is great, but they are not "wet" so if you love your bites saucy, order more sauce. Red onions they use in salad are very strong! No salad dressing was included, even though I ordered it. But I ordered celery with Bleu cheese, so at least I had the Bleu cheese dressing. Fries were soggy; not sure if that is their 'thing' but the taste was good. Bag was tied tight, so I'm sure the dasher didn't check the order.
After reading the recent reviews we did not want to go but they were the only ones able to accommodate our large party. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was great. The server was nice and helpful. We were treated well and I would go back. We had fun and they seemed grateful for our business.
We drove 60 miles one way to go to this restaurant. It WAS a family favorite. We got there at 11:15 am. And could not find anyone working. A woman came out finally and said she did not have a cook there and did not know when she would have one. Are you kidding? I should have known. We were there in August and had to come back an hour later because the cook was coming in late. We will never go there again. Anyone intending on going there - go to the Texas Roadhouse. The food and service was excellent. And they had cooks. We will not be back.
Strange set up overall. Have a bunch of arcade games would of loved to see working. All of them were shut off/broken. No bar games like pool, darts, corn hole. Bartender was friendly but i ordered a red bull vodka..... She pours a short then proceeds to hand the half red bull im paying for to her friend sitting at bar. Feel like they are just waiting to close with the rest of the mall.
We used to love coming to this location for dinner but that was pre-Covid & before Midway Mall completely died. It was a restaurant with a bar then and now it's just a bar where you can order food. There were only 3 other tables in there besides us and it still took over an hour for our food and then it was ok but nothing like it used to be. However, if I was going to a bar to drink and wanted some food then it would be better than ok. Kudos to the bartender tho. I watched her make my drink and then look at the glass which must of been dirty because she dumped it out and then made me another drink in a different glass.
Great service great food. Set up great for watching sports!
