I’m sorry but food is good and everything but I stated three times vocally and twice with my fingers because we have to talk through a mic and plastic barrier even though no one talks about covid anymore. Wanted two general so chickens and got one. Stated 5 times and didn’t get what I wanted. just make sure you confim your order 100% before you go.
They never answer their phone and it’s not even a landline it’s a cell phone when you call to place an order. It’s weird. What business doesn’t use a landline or answer their phone?? After trying to call for 5 min I went back to my usual place. It’s stupid and annoying and was really a waste of my time that’ll I never get back again just trying to get ahold of them!!!! Go somewhere else that doesn’t waste your time trying to get ahold of them!!!
Changing my review to a five-star review. These are good humble people and they realize a mistake. They accidentally gave me two quarts of white rice if you want to order one shrimp fried and when they realize their mistake they were apologetic so we keep coming back here because they're really nice people and the food is really good and always over stuffed in the containers. The one on Abbey road it's kind of been shorting people lately the one in Grafton their food is really good but they too have been shorting people it seems this one right here Golden bowl is the only one that really stuffs the containers and they're just super overall nice people so if you're new in town or if you're just trying not Chinese for the first time because you've lived on Mars with Elon musk and you need to give these people a try because the food is just freaking awesome
First timer ordering from the restaurant and was impressed. Great, fresh taste. Bourbon chicken and general tso was great. Recommended to all!!

hit or miss with this place, ate here many times and the food has been good, other times not fresh, I usually give a one time chance to get it right but inconsistencies sway me to find a business that serves fresh tasty food all the time. sorry golden bowl, also the egg rolls are so greasy
Great food, but absolutely awful customer service. Ordering takeout over the phone is always a hassle because they rush you to order and you just have to hope they heard your order correctly and got everything you ordered... I just placed and order and had a couple of questions regarding the menu and I was asked "Did you call to order food or just ask questions?" and had to refrain from blowing up because of how rude I was spoken to.
Visiting from NC, eaten Chinese cuisine from all over this was hands down the best, freshest tasting entrees ever!! We ordered 2 nights in a row so far. Thank you Golden Bowl for making the pre-holiday meals such a breeze and absolutely delicious!
The best food, I'm stuffed and have plenty for another meal.
