Food is amazing but our server gave us a cold shoulder for some reason.. she was nice when taking the order but then just brought us our food, walked away and didn't say another word to us.. she just put our check down and walked away still without saying anything. I will definitely be back but will asked to be seated out of her section.
I have reviewed before here and I have always been extremely fond of this place, however I'm not sure what is going on with the new management the past couple of months but food has started going downhill and the service the last couple of times have been AWFUL! Waitresses are lazy and just disappear for 20+ minutes after having taken 15 minutes to get your drink order taken (this is while being very slow. Not slammed which would be a little bit more acceptable). Hopefully they read this and get their act together because it has went from one of my favorite places too me now rather go elsewhere. Prices are higher then other local Mexican places and with this it's just not worth it.
The picture explains it $83 for something that looks like I made it in my kitchen presentation sucks the chimichangas are the size of little bean burritos out of a grocery store if I don’t know what they think Mexican food is But this ain’t it I grew up in the southwest Phoenix Arizona to be exact and the taco trucks wouldn’t even dare put out portions this size they wouldn’t stay in business spoke with the manager on duty wanted to say that the portion sizes are more than adequate had nothing else to say except I’ll refund your money basically he’s gotten away with these portion sizes here in the US in the mid Midwest states and the great lakes states because most of the people that live in the Great Lakes states never venture down to Arizona where this would not be tolerated at the worst and I mean worst taco truck these portions wouldn’t be tolerated not a hit the prices he’s asking these plates cost $12 apiece that is a joke I won’t feed this to my dog it’s all going in the trash stay away from El patron
I’ve came here plenty of times and have always had great service and amazing food I recommend the Durango burrito if you aren’t sure what to get it’s amazing! Service has only been slow once and that’s when they were slammed so it’s excepted. Good prices friendly waiters great adult beverages, love it guys keep it up !!!! For two people your looking under $40 very affordable!
Lunch was okay at best, but was under new management. Many of the old favorites are not available. Things change, and maybe they will improve?!

Busy tonight for a Wednesday, but staff managed it well with a very reasonable wait time to get service. Drinks were good for the ladles and our draft beers were nicely chilled. Order the chunk style avocado salad , very flavorful. Chimichanga poca was incredible, large and tasty. The only downside tonight was the water served that had a very strong disagreeable flavor . Hey, it's Elyria water.... otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
Food was good. Service was slow, but understandable with only a few employees. I got the lunch fajitas and it was a perfect size.
I've been frequenting this place for the past 5 years. Over the last 2-3 years, they changed management/ownership. Different decor, different menu, etc. Today was the absolute worst. I went at 1:00 pm. About 6 tables occupied. There were a total of 3 employees there. Out of that, only 1 was waitstaff. We ordered, waited a reasonable amount of time, and once our food was brought out, the waiter NEVER came back to the table, for anything. I literally had to "eye" him down a few times to ask for more tortillas, a refill on my Coke, and more salsa. It was almost, and I kid you not, that he purposely didn't look at any of the tables to avoid getting anything else for them. The food used to be so flavorful - today - very bland. They raised their prices, they eliminated a lot of items off their menu over the last year, and for the prices - you are better to go elsewhere. I was going to go to the restaurant in Grafton, and should've went with my gut feeling. I will not be eating here anymore. Just overall a very poor visit.
