This establishment is a great addition to the community. High quality coffee and food. I recommend their Sausage Egg and Cheese Muffin.
I understand if a place doesn't have everything they need to make an item but the first 2 things I asked for 9ff the drive they menu are no longer served at all. I ended up getting bagel balls with cream cheese inside but they tasted off and I tossed them out. The staff was friendly and the coffee was good.
Outstanding place. Ordered $104.00 worth of doughnuts, munchkins, and coffee ☕ ? for a morning party at work. The dunkin ladies who were working that particular morning were very efficient. Had everything boxed, coffee package nicely in cardboard containers. The dunkins even volunteered to help me carry all the goodies to my van and help load. OUTSTANDING!!
Didn't have anything we ordered. Wouldn't give a refund. Went across the street to speedway and got better service. Will not be returning because this is not the first time they messed up like that.
My family was rushed today, and a bit flustered when we arrived. My kids couldn’t get their orders straight. However, our cashier (Betsy, according to our receipt) was still polite, cheerful and kind. Stressful day for us, but just a bit of kindness went a long way. She even complimented my tattoo ?. This dunkin donuts is awful. I always have an issue. Either they are closed on the inside, not taking cash or mobile orders only. I go to dunkin all over and never have problems. It's a shame because it is close to my house.
Usually the system is down, mobile orders only, and they get those wrong too. They do not look understaffed unless you need more than 8 people to make a coffee.

This is the better Dunkin in town. The coffee is great. I just wish they wouldn't throw my donuts in the bag frosting side down every time I order them. Has happened for a week straight now. Also they don't give you a receipt unless you ask now.
