I normally would be given them a 5 star but about a month ago took my 5 grandkids who were excited to go and my daughter. Ordered food to go. My daughter and myself commented after we left how nice the blonde was that waited on us. We get home and there are 3 chicken tenders missing in the bag. So I call, the girl that answered had the sound in her voice like she was being bothered so I proceed to tell her can I talk to the blonde who waited on us. In the background I could hear someone who sounded irritated that I was calling to state that I was missing something in my 60 dollar order. Come to find out it was the blonde that we had just complimented. She proceeds to get on the phone basically saying I'm lying because she packed the food in the bag while being rude. I tell her why in the world would I call about 3 chicken tenders only. After all I ordered. I was just calling to let them know just to be careful to make sure ppl have all they ordered. I didn't ask for a replacement or any refund. She said I'll mark your name in the book but I know they were in the bag I packed it. Then handed the phone back to the other girl while commenting I'm not dealing with this!!! I told them I've met the owner and never have had to deal with him talking to me this way or would think he ever would
This a good Dairy Queen location. Solid service, good food, great ice cream.
Waited 15 minutes in drive thru to order , then got my food home and definitely not fresh wow what a disappointment of burgers and fries, not even warm to the touch.
Order two fish sandwiches for 5:50$ ask for extra lettuce no pickles it was a extra 40 cents per sandwich for lettuce and the pickles I didn't want will get charged extra for the next person who wants extra pickles 25 cents for water
Solid location, soft served ice cream. The drivethru can take a little longer than expected but this can be attributed to difficulty with staffing, Julius quit and took his oranges with him. There is a decent selection of hot food, however they do not offer the fudge and chocolate crunch ice cream cake filling as a dip option for their chicken tenders, the only issue keeping them from getting a full 5 star rating. I assume you could have your kid's birthday party here, if you think they'll be willing to forgive you some day. Try the peanutbutter sundae.
Waited 25 mins to be charged for food , then told ..the grill went down. After being charged...imo...this place needs new management and staff...I have literally almost stopped going here the service is so bad most of the time. The staff is not well trained and managers are not competent to complete orders in a timely manner.
I went through the drive-thru ordered a chicken meal with a sprite. Drove away tasted the Sprite and it was pure seltzer water. I called the girl hung up on me, (I thought by mistake) I tried to call right back thinking she by accident hung up and it went to a recording telling me to please call back maybe they'll be able to answer the phone, well I did and still nobody answered very poor poor customer service when you call.I love the response, I hope you give us another chance. LOL The same thing they said to every customer that complained. Your DQ Team needs replaced.
Decent location with friendly staff. They have a pepsi spire but the variety is poor compared to the coca cola freestyle.
