Tired of coming here and receiving poor service. I came here today to get a bowl after waiting in like for 10 minutes I was told there was no steak. I asked what they were going to do in place of having to wait another 15 minutes for the steak to be cooked. Everyone on the line looked at each other and didn’t say anything, the cook on the grill laughed after I explained that I should receive a percentage off or at least a free drink. Very poor service. Every time I come here it’s something. Nobody bothered to get a manager or say anything we stood in line as people passed around us and eventually left after nothing being said about what they were going to do.
Over the past few months the service has gone way down. I always order the same thing and it used to never be wrong. Recently tho everytime my order is wrong. The non meat protein I get is now always meat which doesn't bother me too much but what if I was vegetarian? They always add the corn salsa on top which I never order because it ruins the food for me. Yet every single time it's been put on my bowl and I have to waste a good portion of the food trying to get the corn and onions out. What happened guys? Yall used to be so good.
Stopped here for a friend, I was in and out within 2 minutes. I pulled out a list and the people preparing the food pulled it off to a tee.They need to post signage that tells you where to go a bit better.
This is literally the worst Chipotle location. Orders are wrong, wait times are long, portions are always small. The employees are also unfriendly and don’t do anything to make things right for the customer.I have honestly had enough and will NEVER get my food at this location again.
02/11/22Horrible, disappointed I was told I had to wait 20 minutes for white rice 30 minutes later they announced it will be 20 minutes for rice, I asked the girl at the counter what was going on and she rudely snapped at me "you can leave. I don't have to serve you. Get out! I asked for the manager and she said to ignore her I'll write her up later, 15 minutes later they announced no more brown rice it will be 20 minutes for both rice, the woman behind me asked about the white rice my autistic child will only eat the white rice and the same rude girl told her "you Gan go somewhere else, go on." The manager came over to talk to everyone ND the woman told her. She replied we can make it without rice and it's no charge. I excused myself and drove to Amherst where everyone was smiling and polite. Not compensated at all. It'll be a long time before I drive from Lagrange to be talked to like that!!!!!!!Picture from another visit.
This visit was just okay. They ran out of cooked chicken temporarily and the choice was to wait or choose something else. I choose the carnitas. It was just okay. I won’t get it again. I don’t hold that against this Chipotle, but I wonder how you can run out of chicken to serve.Oh and another thing, if you use the Chipotle phone app, you will see the Whole 30 selection of salads. I don’t think anyone in the stores know how to make them. At least they didn’t here. You have to tell them how to make it. When you do that, they don’t know the portion ratio, especially the guacamole. When you order it through the app, they have to look at their recipe book on how to make it. When they do that, they make it perfectly!!! It’s amazing! But a recommendation - get the chicken.
I ordered a bowl, but I like my container reversed because I can't eat the entire dish and the brown portion gets soggy, so I have the food put into the metal part. Well, this employee decided to argue with me about it. When I politely insisted that she continue with what I wanted, she actually just walked away!! Didn't say anything to me, didn't have another employee replace her, she just WALKED AWAY! It took me a second to realize that she had actually done that. I was speechless. Thankfully somebody else eventually stepped in. When I spoke with the manager about it, she was very nonchalant about the whole situation, and I didn't even get an apology! I was about to lose my mind. Maybe this is what you get when you've got an entire store run by millennials. Naturally corporate was alot more apologetic, but I don't know about this place, they need a big wakeup.
I only eat at this Chipotle when I'm craving a rice,bean and salsa burrito because. Some reason the children that run this place act like if they give you more than 2 tiny pieces of meat the world will come to an end. Never have I ever seen a full serving of meat at this place. See they trick you at this place and rush you and confuse you so you don't pay attention as to how much meat they give you.......THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL IT TAKES 6 PEOPLE ON A LINE TO MAKE 1 BURRITO!!
