Tried Charley's for the first time and I wasn't disappointed. They have different Philly Cheesesteak and other sandwiches to chose from. They have loaded fries and milk shakes for a sweet dessert. I went with the Pepperoni Cheesesteak sandwich. With steak, pepperoni, onion, peppers, lettuce, tomato & mayo. Went with the ultimate loaded fries for my side. Crispy fries topped with bacon, cheese sauce and ranch dressing.Everything was very good, Subway goes down another notch on my favorite sub places with Firehouse and now Charley's well above them.
Got dinner from here tonight and the service and everything was ok until I got home. When my wife and I opened up our food it couldn't have been more wrong or further from what we ordered. We were both very disappointed expecting to get what we ordered and it wasn't even close. Also they were not even busy at all to get the order confused and it's not like the food is real cheap. I think if I ever come back I will be checking to make sure it's right from now on.
Ordered for curbside pick up. Arrived and clicked “I’m here”’with me car description. Sat for 10 minutes so I hit the I’m here again. After 5 minutes nothing so I went inside. The food was sitting there for 17 minutes…they claimed they didn’t here the “bell”. Food was cold and soggy, ordered ultimate fries but got fries. Called and complained the only thing that was said was do you want to come back and pick up your fries?
The food was wonderful. I would recommend it very highly.
My first time having Charleys and on feel like they fell way short. Charging me $9 for a small (very small) cheesesteak. There were no mushroomed and the bread was so big that the filling was way too skimpy for $?. Its a rip off which is a shame because it did taste decent. However when most people order any type of sub or sandwich they expect that the ingredients fill the bread up. Unless they start giving your money's worth I most likely will not be a returning customer. Also I have heard this from several other people as well.

Tast Great. Cost to Much - Price for two combo meals, one large cheese steak, and one small chicken cheese was $32, which is too much. The steak is like a steak-em. Check the picture. Does that look like $32 bucks?
Always polite and quick. This is the first time dries we’re very skimpy. Like never recieved a regular fry which should be called a xtra small fry. Always a good place for a hot sandwich.
I've been at this Charley's more than 10 times, and I can tell you 100% that the employees don't know what ranch is. Please give training for your cooks it's greatly needed.
It was very flavorful, fresh and all around great. I wish there was a vegetarian protein option as well. Otherwise I'd definitely recommend, and will be going back in the future.
