Best sandwich from Burger King in 30 years. It tasted like they used to ,very charbroiled ! Hot and fresh! Thank you, now I can say it tastes as good as it smells

I USE TO WORK THERE WHEN JENNIFER WAS THERE AND HER AS WELL AS A FEW OTHER MANAGER'S WAS VERY NASTY AND RUDE TO ME AND THAT'S WHY I QUIT WITHOUT NOTICE ON THEM MY NAME IS EBONY SHANNON , AND THEY ARE RIDICULOUS
when I pulled up there was only one before me. I ordered,all was smooth. I paid they handed drinks then said pull up. I pulled up sat 20 minutes . Was missing nuggets and food was cold. Why did I wait for cold food? The manager hung up on me after calling 12 times. After hung up called from numerous other numbers no answer. deff wasn't going back up there if all together waited 25 minutes for cold food missing stuff. I paid with my hard earned money. They work for there money and need to get it right.

Food was fast and hot.. customer service was great! Will be stopping here again. Only issue was my original chicken had very little lettuce on it
Your drive though hours are incorrect. This place reliably closes completely by 7pm
Food is always cooked properly but, Drive thru takes forever sometimes
I have never had an issues with this burger King until today when my kids were hungry and we were out grocery shopping so I stopped there for a quick meal. I went threw the drive threw and ordered my food witch took a while because they were so distracted with other conversations that they were not paying attention and there was only 1 other car in the drive threw and you can't go into the building. Once I place my order and received it I checked it and I ordered a 10 piece nugget and 2 fries and 2 8pc cheesy tot when I checked my bag I only had an 8pc nugget and no fries and 2 7pc cheesy tots I decided the cheesy tots were not a big deal but the rest was so I pulled back threw the drive threw and told the worker and she explained they only do 8pc nuggets now but she will get my fries for me no problem the manager she was so young girl with french braided pigtails that had no customer service at all she said you don't need your fries it was only 1.00 and she continued to yell and said she gave us our fries so I grabbed my bag and said look no fries so I asked to speak to a manager she said showed me her name tag and said your talking to one and threw my fries at the other worker to hand to me I will never be back to that burger king and it needs shut down.
Every thing taste like need to change deep fryer oil order was short but only drive thur open wasn't waiting
