So I went back to the restaurant to give it a try again after receiving 4 $5 off vouchers. I was satisfied with our service as we sat at the bar and no one else was in the restaurant. Food was as it should have been, and we were happy with it. I am still a little upset as I used all 4 of my vouchers but only received $15 off instead of the $20. Again I was still taken. Our service was good because we were there early enough to receive the best service so I tip well then figure out I was not given my full discount count I used. Unless you can be there before 5pm then I would advise not going.
The hostess McKayla that took our order over the phone was fantastic and very helpful and extremely friendly. The only problem I had was that we wanted our chicken wings (bone in )crispy and they weren't. And the lemon pepper dry rubon my wings weren't seasoned enough and a few of my wings weren't seasoned at all.. The Asian Zing sauce I thought was fantastic. And you have very good Ranch and the petite carrots I love them. The order was placed in my lady friends name of Annette Davis and that was Tuesday evening May 18th.
Does Buffalo Wild Wings hire hosts to seat people anymore? My wife and I stood waiting to be seated for 25 minutes without seeing a single host. My wife asked the young lady working the takeout order counter if it was self seating and we were told no we had to wait to be seated. We looked around and there were 3 people at the bar and one table seated total…we went to go ask the takeout lady if there was anyone to seat us but she had disappeared. We waited for another 5 minutes and still no one came to seat us…..really poor service.
This is a family friendly place as the bar area is distinctly separate from the dining area. They have a ton of TV's that make it great to watch any sports events. The wings are great! We had parmesan garlic, Nashville hot and lemon pepper! Yum! The potato wedges were also good! Perfect for your occasional " throw healthy food out" meal. The waitress we had was exceptional! It's expensive for wings though, $25 for 20 wings! Ouch!
The food is not worth the extremely long wait times. I absolutely hate picking up orders here. Guarantee you will wait for minimum of 30 minutes after the order "should be done by" time. If it says pick up at 6, wait to show up until 7. Then maybe you will only wait a few moments to pick up your order. Someone needs to be in charge of to go orders only.The service is always slow, the front of house staff is not very helpful and always have their back turned and are filling ramekins instead of minding the guests and phone and checking to go orders, while delivery drivers multiply in the corner waiting. Where is the manager? Why aren't they managing?
I lived within walking distance of BW3, it was our favorite place to hang out on the weekend and several days during the week as well, we eventually moved but still continued to go , after the management change again the employees became rude and could barely get your order correct, we recently went and ask for a drink refill and it took a 1/2 hr to receive the refill, granted there was only a handful of people that night , the waitress was extremely rude and our wings were almost rock hard, we paid or bill and left and also left a tip even though I thought not. Please I understand good help is extremely hard to find now a days, but something has to change.
Waited 10 minutes before any one greeted us at the door to seat us, waited for a while to get drink order and then to get drink and then waited a while for server to get our order, then waited 30 minutes longer just to be served wings I couldn't eat, little to no chicken in 8 of the 10 wings and very cold French fries. Took server way to long to bring sauce to us and then she never came back to make sure everything was ok. Bad service bad food, had to ask for ticket and then she went to another table to take an order and we waited several minutes after she got done there for her to bring ticket
Imagine going with your friends for out of town and you recommend this place for a drink and wings and after your eating 3 wings a ROACH WALK OUT OF THE PLATE? I CALL THE MANAGER AND SHOW IT TO HER A SHE SAID LET ME CALL MY DISTRICT MANAGER KARA. IM WAITING A SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. ALL SHE DID WAS ACTING LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED AND TRY TO IGNORE HOW DISCOS TING . IT RUINS MY VALENTINE'S LUNCH?.I GOT A BILL FOR 59.00 DOLLAR AND I GIVE THE WAITRESS A TIP BECAUSE IT WASN'T HER FAULT. BUT IF COSTUMER SATISFACTION IS NOT YOUR PRIORITY.THEN SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO have a business. I have to leave my order ?un less someone contact me I will keep this review and I will let everyone know what happens.

I have had too bad experience with their boneless buffalo wings and their lemon pepper wings. The lemon wings were uneatable they were beyond sour you couldn't taste the chicken. The boneless chicken wings the sauce was good but the chicken was too salty.
