Very disappointed. My wife and son got turkey bacon melts while my daughter got a rise and shine burger. Melts were dry and nearly without condiments while the burger looked like something fed to prisoners. We have given our business to Bob Evans for decades, but this was our last time.
Went for breakfast and order the Honey Chicken. It came out quickly, hot, and fresh. Our waitress did a great job of constantly giving us coffee fill ups. You can tell they seem a bit short staffed but they all seem to work together well and help each other out which makes it easier to be patient!
If I could rate 0 I would… Do not go to this location. I recommend the Amherst location, because the service is above average and it is only about an 8 minute difference.Being a restaurant owner and manager of a very reputable successful small business, I can say without doubt, I received the worst service (besides the time I was served by someone who was wearing ear buds listening to music).When the server was confronted by my extroverted fiancé for their attitude, she turned to customers siting catty corner behind us and asked for their opinion. Lol.That’s all I’ll share, because that is enough to prove a sh!+ server.The servers that I have encountered at the Amherst location have been the epitome of southern hospitality which is what I expect from a chain with a logo “down on the farm”.
$15 burger that was not even close to cooked enough, not just pink but red all the way through and supposed to be cooked well done no pink so raw it wasn't edible cold fries. Will not be going back waste of money!
Our server Nate was amazing and energetic. Had the best positive attitude. Food wS the freshest I've had in a awhile from a sit down for breakfast. Service was fast and accurate as well. If I come back to Eyleria I will definitely return.
I got the fried chicken breast dinner. It was amazing very juicy. If you go there please be patient. They are a little short staffed. Be patient and kind. They are doing there best. Very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Bob Evans.
I had not been to a Bob Evans in more than 20 years. I normally don't do chain restaurants. Was in Lorain on business and hungry for breakfast. Stopped here not expecting much. Surprised at the good food, pleasant service, and cleanliness of the place. I was impressed.
Our waitress was very nice and brought our coffee when we needed more. Food was good.
Excellent service! Great friendly helpful staff. Organization was on spot for pick up of Thanksgiving family dinner of 8 on Wed. The pie and cranberry sauce was a tad too sweet for my taste but as a meal it was yummy. Glad there was enough gravy for all. My favorite was the dressing. It came with excellent directions on how to heat what when to have meal ready at once.
We met our son and his fiancé here for a Thanksgiving Meal and we were not disappointed - great food and great service at a great price!
