We stopped here after a long day of family fun celebrating a birthday. We were so hungry. The food came out fast and was really, really delicious!!! We got the wontons boneless wings and bourbon chicken and shrimp. So good! Our server, Becky was so sweet and made our visit awesome! I think it was the manager lady (she has blonde hair) helped run our food was so sweet too. Great experience!
Another terrible experience and will not be returning. First they sat us in the back corner to accommodate our party of 5 and the smell was horrendous. We thought it might be a dirty rag used to wipe the table prior to us sitting. (Imagine a wet mold smell). After inquiring with a manager was informed that the roof was leaking and the carpet had been effected. The smell was so bad I could taste it! He told us to change tables. Second strike was when a cup appeared to have a crack in it and was leaking all over the table. I cleaned it up myself and took the cup to the bar and informed the bar maid. Got a very rude response of "okay?" Third strike was upon ordering two bacon cheeseburgers I made it VERY CLEAR that they were to have NO pink and even said WELL DONE!!! Both burgers came out completely raw. So pink and disgusting my family couldn't even eat their food and we left hungry and disgusted. The manager did take the two burgers off of the bill and gave three free shakes to my children. Ruined our entire evening and like I said, will not be returning. Usually get upset stomachs from this place anyway, not sure why we gave them another chance other than not wanting to drive out of town for a meal. Lesson learned.
Went to enjoy dinner with my fiancé, and our server came over a few minutes after being sat. We ordered our drinks, and when it came to ordering food, our server came over with another server (probably training her) to get our order. Well I ordered a different drink and we both ordered an 8 ounce steak and the two sides. We had tried to call our server over with the tablet because I had not received my new drink after maybe 10-15 minutes. She walked right by us, looking directly at me and the flashing tablet and kept on walking. Then after another 20 ish minutes, we got our food from another completely different server. But here’s the kicker I was missing my sides and my steak looked mangled. So we asked that new server to get out original server, and she never came. So we had to flag down another server (server 4 at this point) to get the manager. Someone who wasn’t the manager came and we told her what had happened and that we wanted to pay for our two drinks and leave (we hadn’t touched any of the food). Well she was nice enough to cover it and took my number to have the manager call me. Well they never called and here we are. 0/10 would not recommend :(
I made an account just to give this place a bad review. For one the food is mediocre at best, and they’re out of 95% of the menu. The waiters and host do more talking that actually working, and they gave us the wrong check not 1, but 2. I’m pretty sure it was intentional considering my grandmother was the one paying, because I was in the bathroom. How low do you have to be to try to rip a 70% lady off. This place is over priced and absolutely horrible. I’d recommend going to any other restaurant around midway mall, even burger kings better than this place!!!
Easy order online, when to pick up at the time it's tell me. Only wait 5min to bring my food. Everything was sooo good!!! Best experience with curbside pickup ever. Great customer service, more than happy to eat from here.
Went to have dinner here last night with my 3 kids & I normally don’t have a bad time there but last night was bad.I don’t remember our waitress’s name but she was super slow and rude.Also took her like 15 minutes to come and greet us.Ordered our drinks & that took 20 minutes.Then, she disappears again, coming back within 20 minutes again.And I noticed she was standing at the bar talking away to the bartender or whatever.Like how hard is it to just do your job & be professional?Then it took another 20 minutes to get our appetizers which were barely even warm & our food didn’t come for another 20 minutes.And guess what, that was also barely warm too.Then she would come check on us & complained that the table behind us was annoyed her & she needs to go have a smoke.Again, not professional at all.This place used to have great & fast service but unfortunately does not anymore.Definitely will not be returning to this location anymore.
I would give them a 0 star if I could. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar for literally 10 min listening and watching the waitresses fighting about who's working and who wants to be sent home. There was 5 of them not 8 foot away from us and not one greeted us or said one word. Not the first time either first took forever to greet then the food was ice cold we didn't eat they didn't charge us but they didn't even offer anything and charged for the two beers I had and the soda my girl had what a crock. I'd rather starve to death then go or recommend anyone to go there.
Came here with a party of seven an hour and a half before close and our waitress was Amanda. Took a little bit to get seated but that’s completely ok. Food was good but our waitress was something else. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt a need to leave this one due to how outstandingly awkward Amanda made the experience for our group. Right off the rip Amanda came to our table to take orders and complained of how bad she was doing even stating she “could cry”. I get everyone has their bad days so we just ordered as usual. Later on Amanda would come to our table and say “I was supposed to get off an hour ago until you guys came in”. The whole time Amanda seemed annoyed with our table and only began checking back on us to ask if she could take our plates away. The last 10 minutes of our experience consisted of Amanda wearing her jacket, standing 20 feet away from our table with her arms crossed waiting for us to leave. I understand the restaurant is getting close to closing but our service was terrible. Still tipped her normally, just felt the need to leave this review so she understands her attitude is not acceptable for someone working as a server. Have been to this applebees and hand full of times previously and have never had an issue!!
Waitress and manager suxed at this location. Hostess was busy playing on facebook instead of seating us. Waitress was to busy eyeballing a group of guys i guess trying to figure out which 1 she wanted to take home instead of service. Steak was supposed to be medium rare everything was way over cooked. The night manager came to our table and seen it got a attitude like it was our fault. Find a different Applebee's other then the Elyria location.
Wish I took a picture, but I order Curbside pick up a few days ago for just some chicken wonton tacos, and the wait wasn’t too long. However, when I got home and opened up my tacos there was no sauce there was no grease there was nothing it was dry as ever and the coleslaw that comes on top of it look like uncooked cabbage. I was so disappointed!
