When we were at the counter we couldn't get any one to take our order. Had to knock on the counter to get one of 7 employees to notice us. The closest 4 came out of their huddle to repeat "SHE'S IN THE BATHROOM". And just why couldn't one of them help us? Received our food only to hunt for a clean table. Keep in mind we were the ONLY two customers in here. Had to leave our tray/trash on the table because the trash container was already overflowing.
Stopped here during visit at nearby hospital. Was a bit skeptical after seeing 3.6* and comments about drive through time..But holy smokes. For 9p on a Friday night - food was fast, fresh, perfect order and delish. Drive through time was about 15 minutes with ~5 cars in front of me. Can't complain about that.
Strange this location would have such trouble being so close to the corporate headquarters. If there is anyone in front of you in the drive thru, you are very likely to get very poor service, and have mistakes (likely many) on your order. This has happened several times and we stopped going to this location because of it.
Painfully slow to order with only one car ahead in the drive through. Then I got home to find my order was wrong. Unfortunately this is not the first time. Service has been terrible at this location for the past 2 months. Historically rude staff, under filled cold fries and consistently slow service.
Love it are pecan chicken salad apples salad everything in it is the really really good thing to eat Plus it's healthy to Frosty ccino it's good chocolate is the best

I stopped there today to get the 5 for $5 for a quick lunch.I had to use my credit card as my debit just recently got stolen and I am waiting on a new one.I hand over my CC and it gets declined- I look at it and it expired 2/21... so I tell the man, whom I am assuming is the manager, that it was okay as I had no other form of payment. He wouldn't take no for an answer, handed me my order and said "let us treat you!" Ya'll I was holding back tears.That one simple and kind gesture was exactly what I needed today.I will never forget it! I really hope he see's this!Thank you!!!
Hours change daily. Today they said they open at 7:45??? Morning hours are not consistent at all. Not sure why I tried to come back today after the last time. Last time it took 4 tries and 15 minutes to give me the correct sandwich. I ordered a sausage croissant and they gave chicken, bacon, biscuits and buns and I finally got what ordered. Then the manager yelled at the worker. Pretty sure the manager kept telling him the wrong thing. They used to have a great staff. I’m done.
Went to try the new fries ? and wasn't overly impressed with them. I will try them again in a week or so. Staff was fast and friendly though ?.
Was in the mood for Nuggets and they didn't disappoint!!
