I’ve Ben to this Wendy’s many times over the past few months and their drive thru is always incredibly slow but typically they get my order right. However, today I spent about ten minutes in the drive thru with two cars ahead of me and my order was completely wrong. Ordered a baconator, fries, and Dr Pepper and I got a Dave’s single, fries, and a Diet Coke. Terrible.
Terrible experience want to go pick up a delivery order and the manager or shift leader or employee his name was Jim was so rude I would never go here again and I work right next to the place I'm just gonna travel out of the way to perimeter which is clearly 3 miles out of the way but they have way better management and waybetter employees that take way better care of their customers.. didnt even pick up my order just canceled it because the rudeness.. as soon as name dropped some contacts higher up in the company that im familiar with his attitude immediately changed
The male morning manager here is a complete jerk. Went to order at the drive thru this morning and he didn’t even say anything for 5 minutes. Then he finally said I’ll be with you in a moment. Took another 4 minutes to even take my order, then claim he had difficulty hearing me. He was very rude and Clearly hates his job. Maybe he should apply somewhere else because he’s a miserable a$$ person and takes his misery out on customers who simply want breakfast.
Boy I love getting lunch with my fiancé and getting home and realizing my sandwich is missing. Yes I know I know I should check the bag but I mean come on. How hard is it to do fast food right…
horrible food ? my boyfriend and I went through Sunday, after moving a friend out. starving!! Chicken nuggets and fries ? ,for my boyfriend. Which tasted old and oil he claimed. me a baconador which had so much condiments and greasy not warm or tasty . Almost immediately orr an hour past, the stomach cramping and food poisoning had set in.
This Wendy's can host a master class for the one on East Broad because everything was just as ordered and the food was hot and tasty. Well done!
Absolute worst customer service experience in a long time at Wendy’s. Ordered a large chili, large fry and large sweet tea and had to wait about five minutes to get any condiments and crackers for the chili. Now the food is cold.
Always buying at Wendy's . Wendy's lover but that is why I'm feeling completely disappointed this time when I order a CHICKEN sandwich (hamburger) and I got an BEEF one . They made a mistake and the manager didn't change the hamburger, give a refund or anything. He only was rude and told me that was my fault ( when wasn't) I don't eat beef I had to trash the hamburger and go to Macdonald's instead)Very bad customer serviceManager name : matthew ( Thursday jan 6 2022 . 4pm)
This is by far the worst wndys I have ever been to! Please read! A very big disappointment considering they are in the back yard of the original wendys itself. So, this whole new fry thing is a complete load of ...well you know! That are the same fries just advertised differently. I ordered 2value meals that both come with fries, plus an additional order,, only got 2 orders. First photo is what I got. Also, this second photo is the new number 8. This was supposed to be a double but even that being said as a single this is what I got. Very laughable........do not go to this restaurant!
I placed an online order and went to pick it up at the drive thru, but they told me at the drive thru there is a new policy to only pick up mobile orders inside. Okay, weird but no big deal I guess, so I go in to the store and notice masks are required regardless of vaccination status. Perfectly fine, I’m already wearing a mask. However, 5 of the 7 employees I saw didn’t need to wear a mask, even if they were handling the drive thru window, taking orders at the counter, or preparing the food itself - huge red flag. I see there’s a new section for mobile orders, but nothing’s there, so I wait in line to ask about it. When I am pointed to where my order is, it’s at the end of the line where the other dine-in orders are, about 6 feet from the drive-thru window. How does it make any sense that placing the order through my phone makes the drive-thru inoperable, even though it would take about 4 steps to grab the bag and just hand it out the window?
