I loved Tommy's pizza on Hamilton Rd and even love the one on Campus but this Tommy's is a disappointment. The customer service is just not there and the prices are high. The pizza quality has been inconsistent but the flavor overall has remained the same. They ha e shut down their dining room and it wasn't open when I last visited. I do hope they read reviews on FB, Pizza connoisseurs group and take the advice as a positive and make some changes. Could be such a great place with little improvements.

Great pizza, horrible customer service experience. We ordered two pizzas for delivery and received 1 of the two, while also receiving somebody else’s order. The store manager blamed the error on a new employee in training and proceeded to say their employees learn by making mistakes. After being requested to call DoorDash for a refund, place a new order and wait 45 minutes for a re-delivery, we decided to find an alternative option elsewhere. Not the experience we were hoping for while trying to host guests. An apology and a correction would have been appreciated. Will certainly think twice before ordering again.

It's pretty great pizza. Thin, bubbly, crunchy cracker-crust pizza. Nothing super special here but it's definitely good enough to recommend. Unfortunately I forgot my leftovers at a friend's house, I went back the next day and asked if there was any left... Unfortunately the dog apparently jumped up on tye counter and ate it, so it's K9 approved as well.

WOW!!! This is some of the BEST pizza I've ever had!! I'm in town visiting family, I live in Massachusetts and I know good pizza and Tommy's is by far some of the best hands down!! The crust is like I've never had before... Amazing, delicious and I would get it in a heart beat. Also loaded with delicious toppings!! I would highly recommend anyone to try it!! Thank you Tommy's!!!

JUST NOT good pizza. Of myself, my wife, and our 3 kids, nobody enjoyed it. I can only describe it as eating a skimpy amount of sauce and cheese on a burnt cracker. We love going out of town and ordering pizza from new places. Sometimes we find amazing pizza joints that differ from the regular big chains. This was NOT one of them. If you want a pizza in Dublin, gi elsewhere, I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody...

Ordered a regular Italian sub and a small pizza with bacon and green peppers...arrived with no bacon on the pizza and the sub was missing cheese, tomatoes and banana peppers. Since new management took over, the orders are always wrong and the overall quality has plummeted. Stay away from the Dublin location! It may be out of the way but the W Lane Ave location is THE BEST and consistently fantastic!

You know, it's rare that a restaurant can have consistently excellent subs and pizza FOR 50 YEARS !I became a loyal customer while attending OSU in 1972. The Lane/Neil Ave store was my lunch "go to" every Friday. If it was too busy, I went a little further west ( west campus) to Lane near Northstar. Now, I frequent the Dublin store. Same quality, same signature taste.

For years, Tommy's is, and has been, one of our favorite places for pizza. The staff is always pleasant, and the pizza is consistently great.

Was looking forward to a pizza & fries today. NO DINE IN EATING!!! Really??? Then update the Google page! And if this is all for Covid reasons...GET OVER IT! Open back up!!! Or just close down altogether. This was at the 161 location by the way.

Always great pizza. Obviously short-staffed at this time. Phone rings busy 50% of the time on the weekends.Always good advice to order early.
