Always have great experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful on choosing the additional necessary item “coffee”?, as it was much needed for that day.
Love this place! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Also, they are very good at listening to you when ordering adjustments on menu items . I know this may seem small but it is VERY appreciated!! Sad that these are not outside the northeast.
Had very rude employees working. My bagel was hard and not good. No cream cheese. Definitely won't be going back to this location.
We have always provided this location with lots of business, however, after my mother’s experience there today, that will stop until one team member in particular is terminated. My mom is immunocompromised and has had to isolate for two years now due to COVID. Her only outings are to this Tim Hortons drive thru to get breakfast. While Helen and Brandon have been nothing but gracious and lovely to her, there is a new team member at the drive thru who was incredibly rude to my mom this morning when this employee could not figure out how to scan the app on my moms phone for payment. This same employee was incredibly rude at the drive thru to me last week, yelling when she couldn’t figure out where thing were on her screen to order them. This should not be tolerated and this employee should be terminated immediately.
What a nice shop is Tim [email protected] Hospital dr Dublin!Very nice customer service experienced during this difficult time .One gentlemen served last Friday was so nice ,and he checked with me with me which type of sugar I need for my coffee.As we are all concern about diet nowadays this guy took that extra step.
Ordered an Iced Capp and an Iced Coffee and they were completely awful! We even went back in to have them remade because they were not drinkable and the syrup was so bad and potent that it burned attempting to drink them. Attendants at counter said it was the sugar free vanilla syrup but we’ve gotten these same exact drinks at our Tim Hortons location and they’ve never tasted like this. We usually stop here on our way to Hocking Hills but this is the last time for the visit. There are plenty of places to get coffee and this is not the place.
You know you can go to Meijer and get donuts for $0.79 or go to Hortons and pay more so what do you think

During the pandemic lock down DoorDash and grubhub drivers were allowed to pick up orders through the drive thru. Since the lockdown ended and they no longer need us to stay in business they now require us to come inside to pick up orders. I don’t understand why? So now I park my car at the drive thru speaker and go inside leaving my vehicle blocking the drive thru. Tim Hortons we helped you survive the pandemic and now that’s it’s “over” your going to mistreat us? That’s fine this winter we will see if it all gets shut down again.
