I’m not sure what has happened to this restaurant in the past year. I work very close to the Sawmill location and routinely find the lobby closed with no real schedule or indication that it will be closed. This forces you to go through the drive through where there is a hand written sign saying “cash exact change only or credit card”. How is that anyway to run a business? Then on top of that they never give you a receipt which is the only way you can take the customer service survey. VERY disappointing for a restaurant who is a corp chain and should be run with some types of standards.
Not all Tim Hortons are the same. This location has a couple of folks that make a real difference in the experience. Really nice people.
Did online order when I got there they said they were short staffed and had to wait in line. Which was frustrating but after 10 minutes lady took care of it. Honestly, not mad at the staff because they were all working really hard. Frustration comes from Tim hortons allowing online ordering when they are slammed and probably not compensating people enough for the work they do
One of the best places I've been to in a long time I'm a Tim Horton's person and most of my coffee when you ask ask for 2 double double double and a shot of vanilla they just add whatever they want. this location got it just right correct the coffee was fresh the people were friendly and I got my coffee as soon as I pulled up to the window I'm thankful for the people that I work there cause I feel like they really care❤
Unclean,filthy, dirty, the store was unclean trash piled up and spilling over. The store manager came across the floor with a dirty cloth in her hand to wipe the tables. her face was dirty her clothes was crumpled and dirty look like she had just rolled out of bed dragged on her clothes and just came to work. this is the people that's preparing our coffee and Donuts in the morning, I never going back there gained!!! YUCK
My grilled cheese panini was so greasy I couldn’t eat it. It was nasty. No one was wearing a mask or socially distancing. I’ll not be back.
The manager doesn’t want to brew more iced tea 3 hours before closing. Good thing Starbucks is near. I don’t know why I even go to Tim Hortons! Hortons has the worst donuts.
Drive-thru was timely, staff friendly, and the double chocolate doughnut was terrific!
Coffee and breakfast rolls. I don't use either. customer service is totally awful. They lose online orders, and you get to the restaurant and they tell you they have no food for you.
I used to go here due to location. Food prep is extremely inconsistant. Sometimes cheese is half off the sandwich, other times the coffee tastes ...off. The bread seems stale... How do you mess up coffee...plain?
