I know we're all dealing with staffing issues but you really need to do something about keeping your online ordering choices up to date. The drive thru line at my local Wendys (4114 Tamiami Trail N in Naples) is ALWAYS insanely long so this time I decided I'd just order online, prepay, and go inside to pick up. Problem is the dining room is closed! I called the store and the man who answered said the order doesn't even show in his system despite my confirmation email that the food was being prepared after I clicked the "I'm Here" button. When all was said and done I had to wait in the drive thru line, reorder everything, and then show him my emailed confirmation of the order and the fact I paid. Only saving grace was WAYNE! That man has the patience of a saint and a great attitude. You'd be getting a 1 star if it wasn't for him. Give that man a raise and tell him he saved a customer. I'd lose my mind working there - you'd be lucky to have me for a day. PS - by the time I got to the pickup window he told me the order still had not populated in their system. Order ID: 496974263

Waited 15 minutes for a salad only to go inside and find they didn’t have the order. They were rude. I find this at most Wendy’s now.

The Wendy's app is a rip off. I had an update on my cell phone and my digital funds from my gift card disappeared! I have been trying to reach out and haven't any replies. The customer service line and cooperate line stay busy 24 hours. They don't reply to messages or emails! They are scammer!

I must say at the outset that I am a long-time fan of Wendy’s. I love their Wendy’s triple. That’s probably one of the main reasons I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and weigh more than I should! They’re great, just not great for you. On a Friday night, I did an online order for dinner for my mom and me to be picked up at our neighborhood Wendy’s. The site said that I would receive a confirmation email that never came. It also said the restaurant’s dining room was open until 11 pm. Not true. It took me about 30 minutes to walk to the restaurant, the doors to the place were locked and it was only about 7:15 pm. So I waited for a break in the line of cars to pick up my order at the window. I will mention at this point that I had done this same thing before with no problems whatsoever. After waiting for an additional 15-20 minutes I proceeded to get in line after the car that was at the drive-through window. I had previously noticed that the cars were waiting about 10 or more minutes each to be served at the drive-through window. When the car before me was pulling away I approached the drive-through window and said I was there to pick up an online order. The young lady at the window told me that my order wasn’t done yet and that I would have to get in line. She never bothered to even ask me for my name. Instead, she just gave the excuse that they were short on staff so my order wasn’t ready yet.What’s the use in ordering online if your food isn’t ready 45 minutes later? I went home in disgust! The following day I called their customer support number and spoke to a nice woman who said they would issue a refund for the order amount of $26.27. She gave me a case number and assured me we would get a refund. Not so fast! A month later, after repeated calls to customer support and what I thought was their district office, no refund. I was put on hold for about 45 minutes each time I called customer support and even tried Wendy’s corporate number and left a message which was never returned. I don’t know about you but the whole purpose of ordering online, whether it be burgers or plumbing supplies, is to have the order ready for pickup when you arrive! Not to be treated rudely by hourly workers and have your dinner plans screwed up! Only after emailing some of their corporate execs did we receive a call promising a gift card. Of course, it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to and wasn’t even for the full amount of our order. And, to top it off, I used it at a Taco Bell and then at a store for some beer. But part of the remaining balance was on hold so I had to use an additional card just to cover the beer. I was never told about this “hidden” requirement of the card. But there is a silver lining to all of this. It’s because of companies like these that I am devoting my writing business to investigative reporting and consumer issues. See you on the web.

The Wendy's location on 747 is horrible the Customer service is just ridiculous. One the cashier who works the drive thru is so rude. I will inform Corporate Abt them. Also I will get in touch with BBB. Maybe it's the pandemic that has people acting rude and nasty. But whatever it is no one should be treated bad.

I luv Wendy’s food u have rude manager named Tammy that works at Winchester ky 40391 ain’t worth to eat at that restaurant bc she’s rude and hateful everytime I eat at Winchester ky Wendy’s she shows negativity It makes me not wanna go back bc of rudeness My kids and I eat at Wendy’s all of the time This manager shows no respect rude to her employees I will continue to eat at Wendy’s she keeps up being a rude manager she needs to be bumped down to an employee

I order Wendy’s at least 4 times a week. I went there last night on S. High and it was about 12:30 am to order my food they wouldn’t take my order I went to the window I could see the worker and I blew my horn , knocked on the window he wouldn’t come to the window or even look up. There were 9 cars behind me they also left after being ignored. The other night I went there same time and the girl on the headset said what do you want!!!! Now that I own my business I will make sure that people I run into know to never patron this location. I will also put this experience on my social media along with calling the bbb. I was a manager for a famous fast food chain for 10 years and you don’t treat your customers like this. I even called and the phone was busy…. Probably off the hook. I will never buy Wendy’s again there and with that type of service I would advise that noone else do either. Why should we as consumers go to a restaurant where we are disrespected and shown that they don’t want our money. This location is in Columbus Ohio on S. High St. What a shameful way to do business.

I love Wendy's food for years and the burgers are extremely good ? ?. My problem is with the mobile application. Simply, it is not working. I am extremely savvy with high tech and I have a very expansive knowledge of buying with apps like Amazon, Ebay, Macy's, 7 11, and on and on.

Eastgate Wendy's would not take my drive through order! When I drove off the girl at the Window didn't even look at me, so I drove around to see if she was taking anyone else's order and she was! I sat there at that window for over 10 minutes saying hello hello..... Not one person would answer me. The girl has black curly hair. This happened Friday night, October 1 at around 7:30 pm There were 3 crew members inside when I looked inside
