Jordan was FANTASTIC. He was very friendly and personable. Today is our 3rd wedding anniversary and we were stopping at Swenson for some milkshakes for dessert and Jordan's infectious personality and shining smile really put the cherry on top of our special day!
Great service ! My guy Alex was running around in the heat. Short on staff and he still quickly met the needs of four different people and myself . Made me a great blueberry pineapple shake and more. Great spot always
Most of the time, Swenson's is a great place to get some good food. However, the runners almost ruin the experience I want to have at this wonderful little establishment.Once while I was there with family, the server barely acknowledged us while quickly taking our order, and neglected to ask if we needed ketchup for our meal or ask what kind of sauce we wanted for our chicken nuggets. He also failed to repeat back the order.This last time I was there with family, we recieved a runner who (1) was not familiar with the menu and (2) failed to repeat back the order to us, so we ended up having to explain to him what a quarter-pound burger was on the menu, and the egg salad sandwich. He was only on his second day, and if he wasn't that confident with the menu, have someone else help! And also, repeat back the menu to the customers to make sure you got it right.Overall, good food, mediocre service.
Experience racism first hand at this location I will never Patronize again with this company. I pulled up to location close to the door, due the fact the parking lot was pretty much empty besides two other cars. As soon as I place my car in park I turned my lights on. I young girl looked me dead in my eyes continued walking and went inside restaurant doors. She and another employee walked past my car several times. A Elderly lady of the Opposite race pulled into the parking lot, lights not on. The same young girl that looked me in my face rushed out to the elderly lady car and took her order and still haven’t greeted or addressed me at all. At that point I got her attention she stated my lights weren’t on which I knew was a bold face lie, and my lights were still on, I could see the car lights on the bricks in front of me. I requested to speak to a manager which never came out to address the issue, I called into the restaurant someone took the call and hung up. Long story short my food was ordered finally after 20 mins or more. The elderly lady also volunteered to put my order in before hers since she knew I was there before. I will be calling corp on Monday.
I recently went here and had such a great experience. My server, Ella, was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all my questions about the menu with a smile and got my order in super fast! Highly recommend coming to this location!
I've come here almost every night this week and will continue coming here with my daughter. It is a really great bonding experience to share a meal in the car together, and the staff here could not be more friendly. The credit card machine wasn't working this evening so they just gave us the meal for free.
Brady is a great overall guy, he’s very friendly, sociable and brings out the food in a timely manner. I enjoy coming to this Swenson’s the most because there’s a good possibility I’ll see Brady!! He makes the fast food experience simple, easy, and fun. Big S/O to him.
My first visit to sewnsons I had the galley boy It was a very good burger Service was excellent They were quick efficient and helpful
We parked and the gentleman came running right out to us was very polite and I would definitely recommend this location for anyone to go to. And I can’t forget the food was ammmaaaazzziiiinnngggg
Wow what a great experience. This is my second time eating at swensons and it was outstanding. The food tasted amazing and the server Tristan did a great job answering all of my questions. Not only that but he was very quick w my order and that made me very happy.
