Our family eats at Sushi.com often. Everyone loves their edaname, gyoza and tempura appetizers. For our meals, we find the traditional sushi rolls pretty boring and lean heavily toward their Chef's Special Rolls and their Special Menu. Don't skip the Special Menu, because it has our favorites! Among our favorites I would highly recommend their Ninja Turtle roll, Fancy California roll, Freddy roll and Legend roll - they are all a bomb of flavor in your mouth! For the past two years it has been difficult for them to keep the number of staff they want to have to serve their customers. We have discussed that with their owner. Please be gracious, if they are short-handed. They do want to please you!
Under the strictest of gastronomic requirements on food， this is the only Japanese restaurant that I can choose in Ohio. The sashimi quality will never make me disappointment. High-end sushi valued the time I wait.
So disappointing. We ordered two small basic rolls, two of the $17+ specialty rolls, and two appetizers. When handed the bag, i thought they must have forgotten something because it was so light. No…everything was in it. The rolls were all so tiny and basic. The $7 seaweed salad was about a half cup. Nothing special, nothing sizable. Service was meh at best. Notable only for how overpriced and underwhelming it all was.I was shocked that I spent $65, waited an hour (was told 30min) and left hungry. Will not be back.
Outstanding restaurant! Incredible food and very friendly service. Don't expect incredibly fast service but do expect the food to be absolutely on point and great service.
This is one of the best sushi restaurants in town very busy constantly so there's a lot of turnover of the fish and it's all these super fresh really enjoyed my visit there
I was never a sashimi/sushi fan but this place got me hooked on sushi and now I am obsessed ! People worked there were really friendly so I had a great experience, would 100% recommend! Shout out to Ankar and Billy.
My favorite sushi restaurant in Columbus! Ken and his staff are so attentive and kind. I have loved every sushi roll I’ve ordered and always have such a pleasant experience! Highly recommend.
Service was perfect: attentive and timely without being over the top. Food was delicious. Ambience was relaxed, sophisticated, and calm. A lovely place for dinner.
I thought long and hard about leaving a review, but finally decided that I had to. My wife and I, big sushi fans, decided to give Sush dot com a try based on the recommendations of multiple friends. Our normal Japanese go-to is Mister Sushi in Gahanna. This trip to Sush dot com was our first and will be our only. The service was sluggish (which we understood in advance due to the warning on the door) so we were famished by the time our Sushi arrived. And such a disappointment. The taste was mediocre. The rice was, well, not the quality that we're used to in Japanese rice.We were so disappointed and even remarked that we would have gotten more dining satisfaction from a McDonald's. Based on the generally very positive reviews, we might have caught them on a bad night but we won't be back.
The appetizers and sushi were great. The kids had teriyaki, which was also good.
