The worst Starbucks experience EVER!!! Rude, unfriendly staff. The orde taker inside acted like she hated her job. She didn't smile, she spoke with a robotic tone. She didn't ask for a name for my order nor did she give me a receipt. The staff making drinks were not wearing gloves and noone washed their before preparing beverages. I'm reporting this to the health department as well as contacting Starbucks Corp office.
Stopped in after eye exam. Inside was way quicker than the mile long line they had in the drive up lane. Store was empty and I got in and out! Latte was great!
The dude wit da shorts (he never wears pants) I think his name was Sheawn, comes into my 6th period class and minces stuff wit da big knife. He a muh for dat. And he always tryna get me to play with his provocative cards. He should know that nobody wants to be told “bite me.” I’ve never ordered anything from him so idk if he good at his job. I would imagine he mid at it tho. Also, he has no aux cord, he weird for dat. Somebody needs to smack him. I swear ima start a fight wit him someday.
They need to have a way to refund when they make mistakes. I was charged twice for a $26 order. 1st manager wasn't trained on what to do. I get it. lots of turn over. She transferred me to someone who told me (annoyed) I couldn't just call any Starbucks (I didn't!). Called later and manager heard my complaint, said NOTHING and put me on hold and never picked up. Went in to store, was told they can't look up previous purchases and gave me corporate number. The rep at corporate said the store could have given me money back the same day, but now there is nothing to be done.

I just have to say, since coming to this location, they are always so welcoming, friendly, efficient and my coffee/ food is consistently fresh. By far the friendliest location I've been to (and that's saying something since I typically have a positive experience at most Starbucks'). Thanks for making my day a little brighter. :)
Curly haired barista with an evolve together mask jumped out of the window, fell through my sunroof, and forced me to use my stars on a drink that I didn't want to. Then she threw the drink all over the inside of my car. Giving 2 stars because she's very passionate about her job.
Sometimes there is a long drive through line, but the baristas are always pleasant and efficient.
I’m not a great Starbucks fan, The ice coffee is all I drink from them, I figure once you put flavour in coffee it’s stops being coffee. But then this particular place had the youngest barrister.
Great drinks. They messed up my one tea, but threw it out instead of offering it to me.
