I know they are prob short staffed and the drive thru was super busy. But I waited for 7 minutes w/o any movement in line.So I went it to pick up my Iced matcha latte with oatmilk. And I hate it. This is not Starbucks fault. This is just my taste buds. But my overall experience was not great.
I had to wait over 20 minutes for my drink which made me late to work. They purposely made everyone else’s drink even the people behind me that also ordered food before they made mine because I unasked to use my birthday reward the day after not knowing the policy changed for the birthday drink (you now only have a day to use it) the cashier at the front gave me an attitude about it but made sure to make it seem like she was doing me a huge favor by giving me my free beverage which I would’ve happily paid for if I knew it was going to make them give me my drink 20+ mins later after everyone else left the store. And to avoid her nasty attitude. I swear I hate people who work in the service industry and act like this.
The employees were wonderful. Kimmie took my order, and Kailyn made my coffee. Clean, well kept up store. Everyone was nice and helpful.
Edit: i had previously left an unfavorable review here, but i have since returned to this location a few times, and every visit since has been fast and clean and courteous, so im updating my score to better reflect my recent experiences
Out of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to (which is a lot), this is by far my favorite. I’ve never been inside but I’ve been through the drive thru on several occasions and the line moves pretty fast PLUS my drink is always made accurately. The staff is super friendly as well. With staff and product shortages, they’re doing an amazing job!
This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. For starters I have Celiac Disease, therefore I have to be very careful with everything I drink and eat. I ordered a coffee, cold brew with half and half, very simple order. Firstly they handed me the wrong size, after I specified the size twice. Secondly I drive away and realize the right size they ended up giving me was someone else’s order. Which I didn’t realize until I took a drink and quickly realized it wasn’t coffee. I’m not sure what was all in the drink but I got very sick, trace amounts of gluten can cause my body to react severely. I’ve been sick all day and now since I’ve been introduced to gluten which wouldn’t of happened if I received my order, I have to deal with the reaction to gluten which lasts for days, sometimes up to 2 weeks. Very lax staff who do not know how to follow simple instructions.
Asked for light ice. Pretty sure this is like 50-60% ice…
Great got what i ask for they payed attention to qhat i wanted drive-thru was not to busy. In and out time was good.
I find it interesting that I just went through the drive-thru and asked if you can make a "Skinny Caramel latte" and the guy responded with, "We can probably do that." To which I inquired what that meant to find out he thought "Skinny" had something to do with less amount of syrup. Unless something has changed per your menu and ingredients, "Skinny lattes" are made with skim and sugar free syrup. I would think that your employees would be trained on verbiage on your menus. After I asked then, specifically what sugar free syrup you had, only then did he explain Vanilla is the only flavor currently offered. I ended up getting a Skinny Vanilla Latte, which was very good, but hope you work on training employees on your product better. If that employee had been giving people just a reduced amount of sugared syrup instead of the sugar free syrup they were thinking they were receiving, that could get scary.
I honestly can say I order this drink just about every other day but at OTHER locations just because I’m not always out in this area . I’ve stopped at this once twice being that it’s close to one of my jobs , and ive had a bad experience everytime. The people are nice , but you can tell there literally just putting random stuff in the drinks . Like I mentioned before , I get this drink almost everyday and never has it tasted like this . I don’t like to complain but this isn’t even near what I ordered . It’s way darker than usual too .. I get people mess up and have bad days but being when it’s a Starbucks and they make coffee , you expect good coffee . Especially paying the price you pay for it compared to other places
