First visit with friends on a Saturday afternoon. The business was good. Quite a few customers were enjoying their drinks in-store. The staff were friendly, quick, patient, and professional. It didn't take much time for me to get my drinks.I ordered their signature drink, QQ Happy Family Milk Tea, which had a variety of toppings in the milk tea. It was a fresh and flavorful drink! I am a Taiwanese and can prove their service and drinks were pretty authentic! I recommend 50% sweetness and less ice because that'd be sweet and cold enough.Also, be sure to ask for a stamp card if you visit for the first time. The card allows you to collect 10 points/drinks until you can get a free one! I would say Sharetea is by far the best bubble tea shop in Columbus!
The milk tea tasted good, but they didn’t make full cup. I think there was on 3/4 or 2/3.. when I hold it, I feel like I finish half already..Milk tea shouldn’t have this much foam..
Best Thai tea, creamy and rich. The amazing thing here is you get to choose the amount of sugar n ice for your drink. Thai tea ice blend is the original you will get here. Nice crowd hanging out here enjoying their flavors of tea. Just a little bit tight space seating. The crew is good, friendly and speedy service as well. This place is busy usually so be ready to stand in a short and sweet line. But its worth standing. Their tea cups, do notice them pls, they are super cool.
I'm not the fan of sweet drink and milk special bubbled tea.And my friend got me Classic Pearl Black Milk Tea and Im really love it. The taste was really delicious, not too sweet but still enough the flavour, special bubbles pearl was soft and melted in my mouth.Love it!
This place is decent, the price is reasonably well, good atmosphere, several tables for hanging out! Workers are friendly, the drinks are great! And lots of parking spaces! Easy to access from sawmill road!
Imagine waiting 50, that's right FIFTY MINUTES for one drink. . I understand they've been opened for a couple months, but the owners need to work on their output. Every single employee should be pumping out one drink every 5 minutes. In addition, please increase staffing on the weekends. There should have been at least 6 people working on the weekend to keep up with the orders instead of 3. You should not be skimping on labor costs and I encourage the owners to put in their own time to make sure Sharetea's reputation doesn't get ruined because of wait times.Sharetea has the superior drinks and quality, but right now, Kung Fu Tea has the superior output. I know I can reliably get my drinks in 5-10 minutes at KFT so I will likely take my business there.Also, please switch back to plastic cups. No, I don't hate the planet, but I want to make sure my drink was made correctly and not have to guess what I'm drinking.
The Best boba tea I’ve ever had. I’ve tried spots in Florida and Ohio and Sharetea is by far the best. Their recipes are on point and every time it’s perfect. We drive an hour away just to go to this place. 10/10!
Such an amazing and helpful staff. Bubble tea options are incredibly delicious. Such a cute small clean perfect place to hangout. I highly recommend to try out.
I got a carry out order and it took about 10 minutes. One person does in-house orders and one person does doordash orders. Pretty clean and efficient.The oolong milk tea taste good, the bubbles are perfect texture. They do use milk powder which is not my preference but that’s how franchises work. Happy to have a another bubble tea location!
