Fun atmosphere for a team dinner or enegetic food outing!
The biggest complaint was our server "Mike". He came to the table, asking for our order .. yet looking around at all of what was going on around the restaurant -- not interacting with us as his customer at all and threw the straws on the table, placed the drinks on top of the menus --- who trained this young man? If it had been up to me, I wouldn't have tipped him at all.
First of all they have great cheeseburgers . Second the onion rings are great. Lastly, the people who work here are very nice.

We come here often and usually the service is excellent but Friday night we had to wait for everything. Our server was very nice.
Juicy Lucy burger is excellent! Great with pint special Monday nights! Servers have been excellent past few visits.
Pretty good, just wish there was more time between the apps and our main course (about 3 mins)
Booth was huge and comfortable. Nachos were bigger than expected. Plan accordingly.
Great casual restaurant with great food and service
We are frequent patrons at this Rusty Bucket. We have always been happy with the service and food. However, we went last night and our service was not very good, food was good as usual. We had 5:00 reservations. We were greeted by our server and drinks ordered, which was fine. We ordered an appetizers and then he went to put it in, in the meantime my husband wanted to order another one. We looked for 10 minutes for our server. He finally came to the table so we could order another appetizer, which was okay. But then he disappeared for quite a while. Keeping in mind, the restaurant was not very busy at that time. He finally came to the table to get our order and said sorry, we had a staff meeting! A staff meeting at 5:30ish in the middle of dinner rush? Strange, he smelled like smoke. Took our orders, three people ordered French onion soup and ordered to be served before the meal. One person got their soup, after another lengthy break, another person got their soup, and then the third person was completely forgotten. When his entree came, we inquired about the soup. Obviously server didn't put the order in. He then brought his soup after our meals were finished. And charged us as well. There were so many times our drinks were not filled. Just unhappy with this server and our experience last night. I know this is a once in a while things, as it is usually wonderful. We had a table for 6 and they sat us right beside another table, when the entire front area was open. There wasn't another group of people that came in until we were leaving at 6;30. Why sit us right next to another group then the entire area is open?
