Theses guys are working soooo hard!! They were down to only 1 Cook, 1 host, and 1 waitress. All of our orders were on point, nothing wrong or missing, they made sure we got all of our refills for fries and drinks it was so great to see how well they were doing with what they had.

Wait staff was very friendly but short staffed I think. They were doing their best but seemed a bit stressed trying to keep up with everything.Food was good but took over 30 minutes to get to the table and was lukewarm when we got it. Asked for a fry refill but had to leave before it got there because it took too long.Probably would have been better if they had more staff. They did a good job given the circumstances.

Was at the scene 75 for sons birthday and attempted to go to red Robin for lunch. Opens at 11. We arrived at 11:40 and told it was going to be a half hour wait to be seated even though we could see through the window in the mall that there was no one seated. Not busy whatsoever and we were given no reason.

I gave a 3. It would have been a 5 star but my monster burger should have had 2 patties. I only got one. And they were closed by the time I started eating.

Ordered to go. Waited avg 20 min. Short staffed causing in store dinners very long waits. Staff very nice even tho obviously overworked. Appetizers were already cold as soon as I received meaning it sat a while before I received. Salad was good.

Food wasn't the best and portions were smaller than expected. Staff was low. The one server we had did a great job taking care of all 5 or 6 tables by herself. There were two other people that didn't really know what was going on.

The bottom line is this place is great it’s a wonderful little pitstop in flavorville. This is a big box chain of wonderfulness in case you didn’t know it is a gourmet burger shop. Now this one happens to be attached to Tuttle mall in Dublin Ohio and as we all know malls seem to be slowly dying but this place does seem to be a good anchor for it.I had the Avo Cobb salad which was huge and wonderful. No we did stop in at this place on Monday night around five in the evening and it was a little bit slow but that’s not due to their fault by any means. The slowness is due to the government trying to scare everybody and destroy every business out there but that’s a story for another day boys and girls

(Tuttle Crossing Mall location) First time at this location & horrible! I walked out. The place was practically empty but tables were dirty! Food crumbs on tables & booths, greasy finger smears all over tables, crumbs on floor. The whole dining room was GROSS! The place was freezing cold & the girl at the front (sparkling fake UGG boots) was very rude when I told her all the tables were dirty. She rolled her eyes and muttered a "whatever." That's when I left.

For only having one server and being very understaffed it was amazing. We came in through the outside entrance and it took a bit for someone to get there to seat us but everything else was super fast. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Our food came fast, everything was made right and was great. Made sure to leave a big tip!

The pandemic hit this place hard. Our waitress did the best she could but the food was cold and over cooked. It was also not as pictured or to the sale quality it had been previously.Again, this isn't on our waitress, she was very nice and understanding. With limited staff, I know they do the best they can but, will not be going back to pay $41 for cold burgers and over cooked chicken.
