Waitress was very nice and polite, brought our food out in record time. Problem 1:: salad was wet with water in bottom of bowls, lettuce was very poor, tomato’s were awful, ranch dressing also watery and tasted awful, she probably noticed we ate 3 bites each and moved salads away. Problem 2:: Admirals feast, presented well but, fish very watery and under cooked, all 6 pieces of shrimp were good, the bread rolls were fresh and great as always. Again I’m sure she noticed we left most of it on the plate. Problem 3::: table was very sticky like syrup was spilled all over it, and last I’m a diehard Pepsi drinker and I took no more than 6 small sips to wash down the little bit we ate and left 90% Pepsi on n the glass.. This Red Lobster doesn’t compare with our home town red lobster ? n Chillicothe Ohio, we eat there once a week and it’s always great.. We travel to New Albany 3 times a month and that was probably the 5 th time we ate there in last 6 months, my wife and agree 3 out and of 5 were good and 2 were just really bad.. we’re business owners and understand personnel is getting hard to get. Again our waitress was efficient and very polite.

Had flounder, baked pot.,Cesar salad, fish cooked perfectly, salad fresh and crisp. Potato needed a bit more amount of toppings. Guest had Ny strip, also perfect, their potato more toppings. New lemon layer cake replaces key lime cheesecake, but essentially same bright taste with lemon curd filling. Great server, no wait, arrived 530.

Liked the food, my only complaint is towards the service. We had 4 different staff members serving tables literally around our booth, but nobody even bothered to look at us. When we finally started looking around for somebody to even acknowledge us, a staff member from the other side of the restaurant came over to take care of us. She is the only reason why I am giving this place 4 stars instead of 3.

A tale of 2 Red Lobsters. Polaris first, we entered to a room full of people and open seats everywhere. 20 min wait we asked to sit at the bar 1 couple sitting there. No says the bar tender I'm too busy. We had the same thing 2weeks earlier same bar tender. We left went to Sawmill much better experience better atmosphere. Think we found a new Red Lobster.

Service was excellent and the staff was friendly and very helpful

When I walked in nobody said anything. They didn't even ask how many in my party. They just started walking and expected me to follow them. They were out of biscuits when we sat down. It took 20 minutes to get our biscuits. When they got there they were burnt. We only got the hard parts of the lettuce when we got our salads. After 40 mins I asked if we could get some biscuits that weren't burnt. Our server said that they were all like that. She didn't even say sorry once. We never got more biscuits. Never going to visit this location again.

Went last night @6PM spur of the moment decision, totally glad we did slightly busy inside 20 min wait for a table then the Hostess suggests the Bar, We said is their a full menu at the Bar she said absolutely. So in we went met the most lively n Kind gentleman Brandon he was so helpful and attentive. He made you feel like you were family made you feel like you belong there at his bar. We ordered our drinks and they were made to perfection we ordered mushrooms didn't take long at all but came out hot and very tasty then we ordered our salads and they came out perfect timing after the mushrooms then ordered our meal and it came out perfectly so much food and it was all cooked very very well so hands up to the Cook and hands up to Brandon for making a spur of the moment decision worth it .
