the food was very good, the speed it arrived was awesome and a comfortable place to dine
Place was extremely busy but managed to find a seat. Not sure I like people just using tables for wifi and their order has long been consumed but hey whatever.Food is good and fresh but reminded me of just a slightly better version of chipotle.Chai latte was pretty off will not order that again but will visit again.Not that I'll pass up 3 chipotles just to get there during a busy lunch hour and pay extra for all the elbow rubbing and higher price.
This place is so cute & the food is so good! I had a mishap with my order, and the customer service who I contacted responded very quickly and was very helpful getting it resolved.It’s really great to see the management that is so hands on, efficient, and helpful. The employees are always friendly too.
Went again last night. Since my communication with the management it seems they DO listen to their customers. The greeting was super friendly, my meat was cooked and knives proactively appeared on the tray. I still want more rice but I can ask for when I order. It was a much better bowl and better experience. Thanks so, so much for listening!The food is great. Service is subpar. I ask for beef to be cooked through and it never is. There is less rice in the bowls than there used to be when they first opened. I only go in the evenings so I can only speak to the staff at that time not being very helpful or friendly. My cheap plastic fork broke (2x) trying to cut the Naan bc they never offer a knife and you can't find one anywhere. Not a great experience last night. I'm feeling less and less like I want to deal with it anymore.The manager asked to hear more about my experience so I sent the details. I'll update this accordingly after my next visit. :)
Editing my last review. I'm so glad I tried Rebol again. You just have to know what to get here. Their build your own bowls are delicious. Their acai bowl was so good, I are it in one sitting lol. I suppose the garlic option I chose last time had a bit too much in it, but everything else is delicious and refreshing to eat.
I like the idea of the place, the selection was good. I suggest going to pick it up instead if order ahead. I ordered carryout ahead and part of the order was wrong snd food was already cold when I went to eat it. I will be back but just a tip for those of you who want a fresh, warm meal.
This place is everything I used to like about chipotle. I haven’t been to chipotle in 2 years as it’s worse quality than Taco Bell now. At rebol you get massive portions, fresh colorful food. The menu is brilliant and everything is tasty on the plate. The interior is warm and the music is really good. It’s a great spot for millennials and Gen Z. Easy access to the water station, everything is quick. I can’t stop coming
I've only been once for breakfast. got the the wakin' bacon. Yum! Great atmosphere too.
Really clean healthy food.! First time coming and I love the ambiance of the place. I ordered the kimchi chicken bowel really good definitely will come back to try more options. Checking out was super fast and easy
I've been meaning to try this place since they opened and finally did just 4 days ago. Needless to say, I've eaten it 3x since. I love close by and will eat here at least once weekly. It's absolutely delicious and I can't imagine anything here not being great. Great portions of protein too, which is typically where restaurants of this style are lacking. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.
