WOW!! Fantastic service! Catering to 500+ people is no easy feat, but Justin and his team at the Dublin Potbelly hit it out of the park! Our company also serves people so I understand the headache that comes with customer satisfaction and a quality product so I was pleased that Potbelly was able to do both of those things for myself and my colleagues. Justin in particular was SO easy to work with and was willing to come in and deliver to our 3rd shift which is not something many restaurants are willing to do. The restaurant business and my own company has seen some trying times with COVID, so we were glad to support Dublin Potbelly and for us to have their food during Lab Week 2022! Thank you Justin/Dublin Potbelly we will do gladly do business in the future!
Go here all the time because it's close & they are wonderful, great food , not fast food , nice atmosphere, quiet place , never disappoints
Ordered online with a pick up time of 12:20. Got there at 12:21. Wasn't ready. I asked the man said we will call your name. A lady already there waiting as Doordash drivers picked there's up&departed. Others arrived to pick up their ordered meal. At 12:47 I got mine. After someone who was placing their order in the line after I arrived had departed. By now 10 people waiting for their online order. No apology to me.

This place is FREAKING AWESOME! Such great food and friendly people! Wish they would open more locations closer to grove city area , but I’ll still gladly make the drive to get a sandwich
Ordered online pick up and stood in the store for 20 minutes after my order said it would be ready. Subs are average. Definitely not spending my entire lunch break waiting for food again.
The food is always really good here. The cleanliness has something to be desired. The tables, at 1:45 PM, we’re all dirty. The men’s restroom look like a tornado went through it. This location would also benefit from having more contactless surfaces, especially in the restroom were you need to push down on a dirty handle, turn on the lights manually and then flush and wash hands by touching on all of the surfaces.
Delicious dressings/oils on the sandwiches and great atmosphere.
