Not my First time, they always will give you less than you ordered, ALWAYS! IT HAPPENED TO ME AT LEAST 5 TIMES when I came back home and find out where is the chicken sandwich?
Okay. So this was my actual first ever visit to any Popeyes location.I will never go back to KFC. Ever.The food is that much better.I had the two piece combo meal with rice and beans. Dark meat, spicy. Loved it.The service was also excellent.Not a single complaint.Keep up the great work.
The staff was very friendly and they were all working hard to provide good service. I had not eat at Popeyes because I didn't live close. Got tired of the small pieces of chicken and the poor service at KFC. I will definitely drive to Tuttle for my chicken. Popeyes is great ?

I have to tell you this place was fantastic. The employees were very friendly. I wish I got the name of the manager. Just know him as the man with the great watch. So friendly and offered diet conscious alternatives.The restaurant was spotless in the eating area and shockingly clean behind the counter. I chalk that up to the whole group of people who work there and the pride they rake in their store. This place should be spotlighted in a commercial and the man with the great watch should be recognized for his customer service expertise.Hats off!
I was really looking forward to my biscuit and drove home which 30 minutes away to discover the extra biscuit I paid for wasn’t in the bag. Also I had 3 orders and everything was placed in one small bag and I had to ask for a bigger bag. I understand that it does cost to do business but let’s make it make sense and pack the bags appropriately.
Was told they had to make fresh tenders, then wait 25 minutes for them to finally give me bone in chicken. Won't be back. Absolutely absurd. One person ahead of us in line and then had at least 20 other customers served prior to getting my food.
I & my family like it very much ,it's clean area inside and super delicious food..my daughter every time we go out asks for Popeyes ???
I got 2 breaststroke instead of a breast n wing #winning and everyone was nice. They never fill that damn red beans n rice bowl all the way up. My greedy behind getting 2 next time!!
This Louisiana gal had a craving and I know two things: If there's a line outside Popeyes, it's gonna be good and how the person treats you at the order box, will tell how good the service is. The food was slammin' and the service was as close as I'll get to the South in Ohio. Ignore any negative reviews. This Popeyes is legit!
