My food was decent, but this place was dirty and full of horseflies. And the flies had more enthusiasm than the employees. There was like 18 workers behind the counter staring into outer space. My salmon was also dry, lifeless, and not worth four extra dollars. And the guy cooked my salmon so fast that I thought he pulled it out of his blue jeans and tossed it in my bowl lol. Do better Piada!
I ordered a couple wraps and they were very good and tasty. I drove there and wait for a staff member to come to my car and dropped it off. It was quick and I did everything through the website.
Walked in after ordering online. Told the girl I’m here to pick up.. she looked at me with a look and didn’t say anything. Then I said my name and she said “yours is coming right up.”We waited 15 minutes after the order was scheduled to be ready. Got no apology, food was cold, the calamari was soggy, the pesto sauce was on the pasta when we asked for all sauces on the side.. clearly on the kitchen ticket they included.Overall, not a great experience.
First time here. Lots of options for our family who has multiple different tastes. Bread sticks were awesome. Wraps were good and pasta bowls.
I really like Piada; their food is always delicious. Unfortunately, I believe eating there yesterday gave me food poisoning. The line to order was crazy because there was only one poor girl working the line. She was busting her butt and working like a mad woman. So, I’m not surprised if some health guidelines were not followed. I don’t blame her at all. It’s management’s responsibility to provide adequate staffing.
I contacted the store and corporate office about never receiving my order. I also never got a refund. I received text messages and an email about someone would be out to my car for curbside pick-up. No one ever came. I called for 45 minutes straight, no one answered my call. I saw employees come and go, even look at me and never say anything. I thought, interesting how no one ever called me because I ordered it online, so what ever happened to my order??
Generally most of the time I’ve come here, the food is good. Staff is friendly. This time, they were rushing way too fast for their own good and kept messing up the order as I was speaking and cashier was so rushed, she just rang up food and seemed a bit annoyed when I added drinks. I get that it’s lunch but to be so rushed makes things worse than just waiting a few extra seconds
Great customer experience, and Gracyn, Sam and the entire staff were amazing to me and my buddies.5-stars hands down and I chose them over Chipotle any day.
This location was above and beyond awesome! We enjoy Piada in general but this location is our favorite! Food is excellent! The people here are friendly and intentional in providing great food! Store is clean! People were wonderful! Looking forward to eating here again soon!
I hate to do this because I used to be a supervisor for Piada so I understand better than anyone how things are but this has happened multiple times. I order online while I’m at work and when I get my order I’m missing my protein and avocado, normally I wouldn’t care but these are both items that I paid extra for. I know it happens, sometimes we miss things but the worst part is they NEVER answer the phone. I am very understanding and patient and would be completely fine having my order remade or getting a refund or something but they don’t answer so we can’t come to some kind of resolution. When I worked there they emphasized how important it was to not miss any phone calls so I’m baffled at how I can call and call and have no answer until the 20th call or sometimes none at all. I’m at work so I can’t always drive there or keep calling all day so I have no other way of reaching them other than leaving this review.
