I placed an order around 9:15 PM. After nothing arrived by 10:45, I attempted to call the location a couple different times. No one ever picked up the phone. I never got my order, yet I was charged for it; I guess I'll have to dispute through my bank.Obviously a very lousy experience.
Drop and run delivery. Which is ok i guess. Just pick my pizza up off the ground. Glad they got it to the right address i guess. I ordered pizza with the garlic parmesan crust (which they charge extra for) but it wasn't there! Disappointed. Food was ok.
Just to let everybody know this location closed at 8:00 the guy was very rude that answered the door and slammed it locked it in my face
online ordering never works, website half the time doesn't wok at all. the one out of 12 times it does work, delivery is slow. used to be my favorite place. I'm very disappointed
Ordered from here 2x in the last week. The food has been great and the delivery person was amazing. They forgot our drinks and we told him not to worry about it as the store was busy and it wasnt a big deal. This man went out and got us drinks and came back. He went above and beyond. Yes, you may be put on hold for a few minutes and you may have to wait for your food especially when they are busy but please remember a lot of places in the food industry are very under staffed and they are doing the best they can. Please be kind.
Worst pizza I’ve ever had from Papa Johns. I don’t usually leave reviews, but we were really disappointed. The sauce was far too sweet and was barely there, the cheese was super greasy and gross, toppings were oddly placed and hard to come by, and the crust was hard and chewy like cardboard. It was like a pizza you’d put in your child’s plastic oven. Not worth the stomach problems you’ll have trying to digest this “food”.
Deserves zero stars!I called the store at 10pm on a Tuesday evening to place an order. I was on hold for around 5 minutes. I figured the store was either busy or closed, so I check the website and find that the store is open until 11pm. I decide to drive to the store while on hold to place my order. I arrive 15 minutes later, still on hold for a total of 20 minutes! I arrive at the store to find it empty but open. An employee offers to take my order, he isn’t able to log onto the system, so he asks another guy for his access code. This gentleman then tells me that the store is closed for carry out and only open for delivery. Wait? What? I informed him that I had been on hold for 20 minutes trying to place an order. He repeats again, that carry out is closed. I say, let me place a delivery order. He says he can’t do that. Let’s just be honest man, you didn’t want to serve me. So unfortunate and disappointing that this type of behavior exists in Columbus, Ohio. Well I don’t need to beg someone to take my business. There are far more welcoming pizza places in the area, avoid this one!
Got the buffalo sauce on one of two pizzas. It was mostly flavorless. I kept trying to taste the sauce and got nothing. The other pizza was normal sauce with a few toppings and was just fine. I wish they would cut the pizza all the way, though. It's like they intentionally partially cut the crust so my kids have to get adult help. I used the coupon to get two medium two topping pizzas. It was done fast and was hot on pickup.
Ordered chicken poppers and papadias tonight. Normally they knock on my door when the food is delivered. This time they didn't knock on the door and I happen to look out the window. There was my food covered in ants. Tried calling but on hold too long. Thanks Papa Johns
