Came in tonight at 7:20. They close at 8. Incredibly rude staff. The person preparing the food immediately said these people better being doing take out because I’m not cleaning up after them. My order was wrong. I went to the register and the same person said I don’t want to remake it. I said that was fine, but I would like a refund of the difference as what I received was less expensive than what I paid for. I said I understood it was the end of the night but it is not ok to be rude. She kept muttering rude things about the customers.
There food always tastes good I just feel like it’s over priced for some coffee and a sandwich… I’m sad they don’t have the drive through open anymore, a real bummer
I ordered a full Greek salad and it had just a few veggies on it and the rest was lettuce. I understand that they are short staffed but proper training is a must. I spent $13 for this and that is NOT ok. What I got vs. What I ordered! I will be calling the restaurant as soon as I get a chance.
Food was good, ready quickly. Good service, tables not all cleaned or wiped down. Guy came into area, wiped a few but not all. Wandered around
Google needs to change the hours of operation at this location. They are NEVER open until 8pm. Usually close at 4 or 5pm. There is not a drive through at this location and you can't read their sign on the door about their hours from your car. You have to get out of your car and walk to the door to find out they are closed. And if you call, they may or may not answer. So if the hours were publicized correctly it would make life easier on everyone.
We used to go to Panera at this location quite often. The service and environment at this place have deteriorated recently. I took my daughter to this restaurant for lunch today (11/7/21) at about 1:30 pm. We were going to order some sweets but then I noticed there were over a couple dozen small whiteflies buzzing around the pastries. I have never seen such an unappetizing display at Panera before. So we decided not to order any pastries. My daughter ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup for $6.79. The soup she was given was almost all broth with barely 4-5 small spoons of noodles, chicken, and veggies combined. I was not expecting a bowl of soup full of noodles, chicken and veggies but, thought that was really pathetic. My daughter is just 5 yrs old but, this soup would not make her even 1/3 full. So I decided to talk to the employee behind the counter. She referred me to a guy. I showed him the soup and said to him politely the soup was just too watery. This was what he told me: “Well, according to Panera corporate policy, each bowl of soup has 3 ladles. This looks like 3 ladles of soup to me. So there is nothing I can do for you!” I said “Can I speak to your manager?” He then gave me a dirty look and replied sternly “I AM THE MANAGER!” I was basically speechless. He was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a restaurant. We will NOT be going back to this Panera again.
One. the latte is water down nothing. Two. I ordered a chipotle chicken WRAP with no cheese and I ended up with a Avocado egg white and spinach. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE SAME THING. Did not realize until I was 20 mins away that what they gave me was wrong. The lady running the cash register had no idea what she was doing. Did not even get a receipt so no way I can tell them it was wrong. I get it. Your low on staff, but your staff should know how to put the correct sandwich together.
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s really gone downhill. The main thing I’ve noticed is that it’s dirty. Nothing worse than going into a dirty restaurant. Every table and chair has crumbs and other food on it from the previous customers who sat there. Napkins were out. And there’s nothing like stepping on a the food that dropped on the floor from the people before you. Honestly, this place is like a school cafeteria. Maybe the problem is that they don’t have enough workers…. But that’s why you don’t vote Democrat and pay people to stay home instead of working.
I did a rapid pick up online , waited 20 minutes and multiple people who walked in and ordered got their food before me. My order had sat behind the counter the whole time and I wasn’t even acknowledged. I had to ask someone if that was my order. Turns out it was sitting there because they ran out of an item which was fine but by then the rest of my food was cold and smoothies watered down. There’s nothing rapid about the pick ups at this location
As a person who has to eat out my car a lot for work, nothing frustrates me more than pulling off only to discover no utensils ( hello, soup) in the bag. Not even a napkin, grrr!! They also forgot my chips! Isn’t someone paid to double check this? This place is pricey and the food is always good so when this happens it is aggravating!
