In the past 3 weeks, this Panera was inexplicably closed 4 different times when I tried to visit to redeem my Unlimited Sip Club drink subscription. So I just called Panera Corporate to figure out what's going on. Their response was that this is primarily a Panera Catering location, and whenever they have a large catering order, they will close their lobby for the entire day without notice. There's no way for a regular customer like me to know when they'll actually be open, and there's no way for me to redeem my drink subscription. "I'm sorry but you'll have to drive to a different Panera location" according to Panera Corporate.So yeah, Google says they're open 7am-3pm on weekdays but that should be with a large asterisk that says "Open 7am-3pm only when there aren't any catering orders."
I’ve tried to go here now for about two years and never managed to come here when it’s open. This time they have huge “now open” signs out front and in back, but again are closed. There are six delivery vehicles parked in the lot. Maybe spend more on labor and less on SUV delivery vans?
They really butchered our order. My fiancee and I ordered similar sandwiches so I understand how that can be confusing but I paid extra for extra toppings and instead got light toppings. They also took more than 20 minutes to make three sandwiches.
