This Panera location is really unique, they have a kiosk where you can order your food self serve. It’s quick, convenient, and easy. Also the aesthetics of this location is also very pleasant. Huge bonus, this location is very clean! As much as I love Panera lately most of the locations I’ve visited around central ohio have not been very clean.
Panera bread was 1 of my favorite restaurants until my last 2 experiences at this particular store. I am a construction worker and I am all over the state I am working near the sawmill rd store and I've had 2 back to back negative experiences from the workers and because of that I don't think I will do business with any Panera again.
I love Panera bread, no wait, order kiosk available friendly staff good food try the bear claw, French onion soup and Mediterranean sandwich it’s my new favorite
This location is having significant staffing issues, so keep that in mind. They are often out of coffee, and for a couple weeks didn't have any Splenda. Lines can back up. And the kitchen staff keeps their heads down and ignore customers when they just need to ask for utensils. All that said, this is par for the course in the current food service market, so don't take it personally. Just understand this location's drive through is closed half the time, the place closes early several days a week, and the people taking your order are new and learning the job.
We as a family loves Panera! I love the coffee, sandwiches, salads, and my kids love the mac and cheese! And we used to go to the one that is located on Bethel road! But this one is new! So we now go to this location! We love it! It's busy and not easy to find a table! You will be lucky to find a table! Parking space is available but limited! Employees are great and very helpful!
I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. It was barely Chicken Salad on the bread. I asked to speak the manager. I showed him the sandwich. The manager said it's portioned out. I said I don't want it. He just walked off. Very rude. And the cashier needs more training, he did not know what he was doing.
Not a fan. Got the chicken avocado blt sandwich. The crust was extremely tough, to the point where it pulled the sandwich apart with every bite I took. Ingredients seemed fresh, but I still look at it as fast food.
Ordered 30 dollars of food. Large drink was ordered got a small because they didn't put in a large. Ordered a family sized soup and got a bread bowl because they put it in wrong. When we told the lady she told us to pour out the soup into a bowl and eat it later. I told her that wasn't what we wanted. Girlfriend had wisdom teeth removed yesterday and can't eat bread with a crust. This place is a joke. While I was waiting to get the food made again I heard 3 other people come up for things put in wrong. Train your people right and don't argue with someone if their food is wrong.
This place is literally always a jungle in the inside since the drive-through has been closed It’s always crowded and because so many people are ordering they rush with the food I ordered a tuna sandwich and it was all bread no tuna
Last Friday night I attempted to go to the drive thru, sign read, sorry temporarily closed- please come inside for service. So I drove around and parked to go inside, but when I got to the door a sign read, sorry closed at 3pm. Went back on Saturday and they closed at 5:30pm. I realize that there is a staffing shortage everywhere but without more consistency folks like me will give up, never knowing if this location will be open. And, the location right by my house on Bethel Rd closed without notice, it's a challenge to get Panera food any more....
