The food took a long time which I thought was a good sign but it was not. The rice was very dry and contained no vegetables it was like it was yesterday's rice with soy sauce reheated. The veggies and chicken had no flavor and were covered in a chicken flavored gelatinous gravy. The egg roll was very crunchy and the only flavor it had was similar to cinnamon. Dri k selection was cery slim bottled Ester and couple sodas in cans was all there was to offer. I do not recommend.

On 02/23/2022 was my first time eating at New Chopsticks. I saw this location one day when I was going to Subway which is a couple of doors down. And I said I need to check out this restaurant, so here I am.I was not sure what I wanted to order, so to play it safe I ordered shrimp fried rice because I saw a picture online of the fried rice and it looked good. But when I ordered the shrimp fried rice it did not taste the way it looked. I’m sorry to say that it did not have any flavor at all other than the soy sauce they cooked it in, but the shrimp were really tender. Wow this location do not have to worry about me coming back sorry! BUT IF YOU WANT GOOD CHINESE FOOD TRAVEL 40 MINUTES AWAY TO A PLACE CALLED CHINA HOUSE IN CANAL WINCHESTER ITS WORTH THE DRIVE BELIEVE ME YOU WANT BE SORRY!!!

It's not quite as warm as other environments in terms of seating but the food is great and the staff is wonderful

Quick service, good food. Also has great prices ?

Sesame chicken and egg rolls are great! Probably my favorite egg roll that I have tried in Cbus. The fried rice was okay but I won't get it again and will substitute it with steamed rice.

The food is very good and an awesome price, but make sure you are very clear about what you are ordering - esp. if you order over the phone. They will go with the first interpretation to try to get off the phone as soon as possible. I one time got lo mein and asked for just lo mein (as in not the lunch portion with rice and stuff) they took that to mean literally noodles and sauce for some reason. I guess that is my fault too for not saying chicken lo mein, but could have easily been solved with a clarifying question. They replaced it for free though. That said, I do go there frequently and recommend to other people given the price.

Nice place for good, cheap Chinese food. Not the best Chinese I've ever had but definitely not bad for the price. I come here every once in a while, mostly for the lunch special, and I'm always satisfied. They've never messed up my order and the food is always ready by the time I pick it up.

It is what it is,simple Asia joint. Food is good, never had a bad trip. Eat there for lunch a lot. Lunch special are 5.00 and you get plenty. Enjoy!

Food is fast and comes out well, the lady at the counter is friendly.I do have a random issue where I call this place and get a really high pitch static in my phone and when I wear my airpods it is painful.... I am not sure why this happensI usually get the Szechuan chicken

Small place.Cooked when ordered.Hot and fresh!
