This place has a super interesting menu; I spent more than a few minutes deliberating. I always judge a new sushi place I'm trying by their rainbow roll. Here, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't super exciting either. 3/5 on the freshness/quality. The Red, White, & Spicy roll tasted much fresher, had some interesting flavors, and was quite enjoyable. The rolls/fish portions here are a little smaller than average; you'll have to spend quite a bit to leave fully satisfied. I'd probably go back to try more of the menu just because of how interesting it is; there's definitely potential.
I have been a Mr. Sushi fan since the first restaurant opened in Gahanna. (Circa 2004?) A lot has changed, but these guys are the real deal. It's the best spicy tuna you're going to find, and let's face it, the spicy tuna roll is the bar by which sushi restaurants are compared; the bar they have set here, is very high. Take it up a notch and get a snowman roll, add lemon slices... it's crazy delicious.
Been here twice now and both times the server was great. We inquired whether there was a smaller sized sushi boat since the one they had would be too much food for us. They ended up just placing our sushi on the boat free of charge anyways! Very nice people and can’t wait to go back
Atmosphere and service were great. The majority of the food was delicious and worth the price but some was overpriced for what it was. The edamame was disappointing and honestly seemed like it had been microwaved because parts of it were way over cooked and dried out yet others weren't - I wouldn't recommend ordering it. They also have a significant amount of rolls with crab stick which I found disappointing.

Great sushi, but the value could be better. Tasted lovely, I am definitely going back, friendly staff, but did feel slightly overpriced, I had a custom roll that I have had elsewhere for $9 and here it was $13
We were there for literally 1 whole hour and our order never came. We only ordered 3 sushi rolls. As we looked over the sushi station. We noticed the chef entertaining the people that were sitting in the front of the bar opposed to making our order. We were really hungry but all we got was 1 refill of water. Our waiter didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for the delay. We ended up leaving after a whole hour of wait time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR YOUR TIME COMING HERE! Pre order in advance if you will.
The food is delicious, would highly recommend if you’re new to sushi. The staff is also very friendly. We always have a good time there.
