Okay the food is what it usually is at McDonald's. But that bathroom was so nasty that I would go back to a place with a bathroom in that condition. And think about this the employees have to use the same place. Hope this helps.
Staff rude, system was down and couldn’t use rewards. Called to talk with manager and call went to voice mail.Doesn’t surprise me - they can’t/don’t know how to handle complaints and definitely do NOT value their customers.Wish I could leave a 0 star review a 1 star is way too generous
I’m normally not the one to write reviews but this would be the exception. The staff at this McDonald’s is always super super friendly. I have gone to many McDonald’s before but this one is by far my favorite. I got my order today which was two big Macs a cheeseburger large fry and a Coke and it never disappoints. The fries were crispy golden brown with a perfect amount of salt. The big Mac and the cheeseburger were perfect as well and not squishy and very seasoned. I never have problems with my order and they always make sure to make my order without onions as I always request . And keep in mind this is one of the busiest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Keep up the great work !! I highly recommend
I like this McDonald but the guy who works at the drive thru is beyond rude. No smile, no thank you, he needs to be retrained or here is an advice for you, you are serving bring your smiley face with you or drop your anger somewhere else. Asian looking guy aka(Cashier) I ordered my meals and then I went a head clarifying my order since he didn’t bother to clarify my order for me, I said I ordered a meal right? he goes NO I SHOULD HAVE SAID IT FIRST NOW HE WONT CHANGE MY ORDER dude you don’t say that to your customers. Please do your job right or leave the job who will do it right.
Staff is always so nice. Best McDonald's I have ever been too.
Order on the app. Just say the code the app spits out and pick up the food. I think that makes the drive through even faster.
This location is the worst! My company orders Doordash from here quite often and literally every time the order is wrong. Missing items, items made incorrectly...it can be a 5 item order and something is wrong 99% of the time. No one answers the phone to be able to let a manager know, and it's just ridiculous. For example, I ordered a Mocha Frappe today and it came as an iced coffee, had whipped cream and wasn't supposed to, and it was missing the caramel drizzle...RIDICULOUS!
The coffee is always hot and perfect! I love stopping here... I'm never disappointed :-)
Nothing but positive experiences here. One day, I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and they finished my order in 10 seconds. Very fast and accurate service. One of the best McDonalds I've been to in Ohio.
Looks like staff just changed. New staff has trouble with English and charge extra charge .20 for each Ketchup. Even after i paid for ketchup, they did not give it with order, when i asked they started arguing.
