Food is and has always been good from here. Last time I went in they were talking in their native tongue about the customers. I was with my friend who understood everything. A customer went up and made fun of another customer because they forgot something in his order and the employee said something nasty about the customer who was being very nice. My friend and I witnessed the whole thing. So if you go in there don’t say they forgot anything because they take offense to it. Other than that food is always nice.
LOVE this location. Not only is the food fire, the staff goes ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service, which is rare these days and SO appreciated! I really really can’t recommend this place enough.
Tried this place for the 1st time today. I ordered for delivery & everything came as expected! Food was really good. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered directly from McAlister's *website* for delivery at 5:30. Food never showed up and wife was hung up on when we called in to check on the status. At that point I drove over to the store to see what was going on and was told by the Owner that I need to take it up with Doordash and he was unable and unwilling to help. I did not order from Doordash but ordered from his website and they must have sub contracted the delivery out through Doordash. He was extremely rude and never apologized once. Worst restaurant experience that I've ever had.
Ordered the Rubens sandwich. Meat was very lean and delicious. Also ordered the chicken Tortilla soup. Delicious but spicy.
