Happened to be in Columbus from out of town. Took forever too get waited on, they were struggling due to call offs. Seems to be this way every where. Pizza was good, love LaRosa's.
I heard great things about this place. Hopefully today was just an off day. Even though there were only three tables it took half hour to get drinks. Brought the wrong food . Waitress was on computer the entire time. The manager gave us 5% off bit never bother to see what the issue was. I am a one and done dinner so I won't be back
I have never had a service this bad. It took a half an hour to get a coke. The order was totally wrong. The food was not good either. I would not eat here even if it was free.

Great pizza and lasagna......
I came here twice, the first time I got the bbq chicken pizza "as seen below" which was very good, the chicken could of been a lottle more & the bbq sauce could of used just a bit but the flavor was spot on. The second time however wasn't so good. I got a deluxe or something & the toppings were few, the taste wasn't so good & it was very heavy on the pizza sauce, I actually had to scoop it off.Both times our service was great, very friendly & everything was smooth. I'd still recommend, but I'd just say please work on consistency. I understand that differences will occur in cooks, but if you have a standard for toppings & spread it accordingly it should be manageable.
Good food and salad was very good
La Rosa’s is a Cincinnati institution. Great pizza, pasta, salads and wings with large servings. The pizza sauce can be purchased at the restaurant and some grocery stores. They also have TV’s tuned to sports events.
Rude delivery drivers, subpar food, and deceiving menu items ("roasted garlic" was raw garlic on the pizza before it went into the oven that was then burnt; spinach on the sandwich was thawed frozen spinach, not fresh leaves). Much better local options; won't be back.
My first experience at LaRosa’s was amazing. I was passing through the area (I’m from Florida) and was looking for some place to eat and drove by. I walked in and was kindly greeted and seated in this beautiful dinning area where nice music was playing. I asked for a special salad and the salad was seriously amazing. The lettuce was the most green fresh lettuce I think I’ve ever had. I didn’t know you could get it that fresh. The salad was piled high with all the toppings I requested. I was impressed. Then I ordered a Calzone. I got it with double the cheese instead of with meat and talk about yummy! Wow! It was so delicious. I will eat here again the next time I’m in town this way. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
