What I could enjoy it was good. I had made them aware I was allergic to mushrooms. The cook used the same utensils to cook up the meats. Then had 2 bowls of vegetables one with mushrooms one without. I figured he was going to change utensils between them. He did not. I did not want to wait any longer for my food. So I ate my steamed rice and meats.

Literally the worst Japanese steakhouse experience I've ever had/heard of and so neglectful they almost caused a major shellfish allergy to kick in (that they were informed about). So lets start with a 630pm reservation, That didn't get seated until 7:15 despite plenty of open tables. Then another 20 minutes for drinks, The entrée arrived and cooked before the salads, When ordered it was clearly specified that a severe shellfish allergy was present yet they brought out the salmon ordered touching a huge pile of shrimp. This whole time the management was dodging us trying to speak with them. We finally got a cook at 830, and the food was underdone and after cooking were basically forced to take our food to go and were FORCED to pay full price as nobody cared enough to hear the issues. This place has the worst customer service, terrible management, and the food was not good. I cannot believe the management allowed this, on Valentine's day to boot. There are plenty of WAY better Japanese steakhouses in town, let this one go out of business and choose somewhere else...

I was there with my wife and 3 daughters. Chef clearly was in a hurry or didn’t know what he was doing. Just dumped a bowl of rice onto the griddle. No tricks, no fire, no jokes and acted as if he didn’t desire to be there at all. Saturated everything in soy sauce to where you couldn’t eat it at all. My wife and I ordered tuna (this was suppose to be sushi grade). It was not sushi grade and It was frozen. The chef said he had to cook it well done because it was frozen and then dumped even more soy sauce all over everything and causing a burnt soy crust all over the steaks, chicken, shrimp and tuna. The steaks were also frozen. It was gross. When speaking to the manager (who was also the bartender up front) he didn’t care at all to even listen to what was going on and walked away. When going to the bathroom- no soap and urine was all over the floor by the urinals. If this is how dirty there bathroom is I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. After realizing none of this was going to be fixed I ask for the bill and I paid $260 for food and also left a tip for the waiter. We didn’t eat the food and left it all on the table. We got up and left. This place use to be a well known hibachi called a different name 3 years ago that was good but clearly it’s went completely down hill. I’ve been to hibachis all over the country. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant. The photo you see below is suppose to be sushi grade tuna. See the exorbitant amount of crusted burnt soy sauce all over everything!

This was the 2nd year in a row we went for my son’s birthday. Highly recommend — amazing hibachi show and excellent food!

Let me pre-face by saying, I did call the restaurant on Wednesday January 5th and left a message for the Manager to contact me.This wasn’t my first visit to this location so I wasn’t expecting to have a negative experience. We have the hibachi combo for two. You are able to pick three types of meat. We picked steak, shrimp and lobster. Oh my we were having so much fun watching the cook prepare our food. We had soup and salad too. We finally get to the part where all of our food is done and I begin to eat my food. I took a bite of the shrimp and steak, they were cooked to perfection. Next up, I try the lobster… I took a bite and it tasted weird. So I took another bite and it had a weird taste still. We packed our food up and the staff came to sing happy birthday for another patron and I. It was right after the singing was done, I began to experience a major headache to the point I couldn’t keep my head up. The room began to spin and my stomach pain was excruciating. I made it to the parking lot where I could no longer hold onto my food. Due to the pain in my stomach and my head, I ended spending most of the night in the Emergency room with food poisoning. No Manger has returned my call yet

We got to the restaurant early and no one was really here yet thinking we would get a table quickly and be able to enjoy ourselves. We were sat next to a large party…thinking we would still get to enjoy the chef cook on the table in front of us instead of the table the large large was around. Come to find out we were put behind the chef and we couldn’t see a thing and my kids couldn’t enjoy the experience. The chef’s back was to us the whole time. The steak and shrimp were chewy, the waitress didn’t refill our drinks once. For a hibachi restaurant in Dublin we expected better for the money we paid. We then had to wait forever for our check and to pay. We ended up having to take our kids to the car while one of us waited to check out. I am still waiting in the car for my husband to check out and it’s been close to 30 minutes. We never come to Dublin and were wanting to have a fun evening and this was just a horrible experience. The waitress knew our frustrations and did not apologize or care about our concerns. A manager didn’t approach us.

Had reservations for ten people. The owner tried to squeeze us into a table with two others. There was not enough room. There was only one other table half way occupied in the whole place. We asked if we could sit on the other side of the table where no one was. He said he could not do that and would not do that. I explained that we had ten people coming and there was not enough room with the two other people already sitting there. He finally decided to move us to our own table, only to be told this will never happen again and we need to make sure we tip our server and chef well. We always give more than 20 percent on our tips. Our chef and server were very good. I just hope that the owner doesn't treat them like he treated us. Very disappointing.

My new favorite hibachi!! fresh and delicious, sauces are yummy, and they have the best veggies (mush/onion/zucchini/carrot/broccoli) ... going back ASAP

Super fun atmosphere. Staff is amazing. We only had sushi but it was very good for the price point. Will be returning again to do hibachi.

The old lady at the front has an attitude. Other than this, had a reservation for 6:15 and was told they can’t honor it. The front guy was rude about it and told us to wait with the rest of people, meaning they wouldn’t even queue up priority to people who had prior reservations. This place is an absolute joke. I would highly recommend not going to this place and wasting time.
