why don't Kroger have individual rolls of paper towels instead of all six pack rolls.

Its really not terrible but items that have special advertisements are frequently out of stock.

Staff are great. Inside store is great. Click list for months now gives me subpar barely sellable vegetables. Onions have bad spots. Lettuce is browning. Onion tonight was rotten. Once in awhile I consider it normal but every order I now think they send the old vegetables to click list.

After a long and tiring day I ran to the grocery store to get a pick up a few items. There were two young men working together at the cash register I wish I had caught their names, they both worked so good together and were friendly and interacted with every customer they served. I would like to give them a shout out for being so positive and bringing cheer especially during these times were so often people are sad. This was Sunday night at 8:21 PM.

Amazing Store! If you can’t find it, they will order it!

Please give the option for paper bags when using store pickup. I always receive an excessive amount of plastic bags. One item per bag is so wasteful and bad for the environment. My order was 53 items, which could have fit in 3 paper bags. They used over 20 bags with about 1-2 items per bag. Please train your employees to fill the bags appropriately.

Mold on flowers my husband purchased today! Absolutely awful. They have a pungent odor . Would not recommend.

Customer service here sucks, laughed at by staff when an issue was brought up. Run by high school kids who have never broke a belt buckle.

The store is clean and well-kept, fairly well-stocked. My issue is the number of employees not practicing safe distancing or mask wearing.

Dear Kroger, You are my most favorite grocery store. You have been family friendly, kind, and a our family store. Your employees are also family. I would love for them to receive more protection during this time by wearing masks. Joann fabrics has a ready to sew kit for masks. Why not work with them for washable Kroger masks for your employees? They are also on the Frontline and are exposed to so many ppl. The virus can stay in the air too.
