Another wonderful experience. Food was amazing and Nancy our waitress was the best! Enjoy a night out with the family ð
Problems happen, we understand that, but customers also have a right to question when it is taking a long time for their food to be delivered, especially if they see orders being delivered to other tables close by of larger groups who ordered after their order was placed. Not sure what happened to our order but when we asked about it after waiting over 30 mins, the manager came over to insist it had 'only been 12 minutes' then sarcastically thank us for our 'patience' after we said that we really had to leave as we had other plans so we wanted to just pay for our coffee/tea and pastries and couldn't wait any long. The manager on the floor that day could really use some coaching. We have dined at nearly all restaurants in the Bridge Park area and very much enjoy this area but a FAR better brunch and service experience can be had at the very close by Kitchen Social which is just exemplary in all ways including great customer service from everyone there regardless of the time of day or how busy they are or are not.
Service was not the best. Had to ask a couple times for certain items. Food was as flavorful as the first time.
We're making Kona our go to breakfast before heading into the Dublin Farm Market on Saturday mornings. The staff are lovely; a big shout out to Suweba at the host stand for her sweet demeanor and excellent memory. The owners seek out the diners and are engaging. The wait staff are attentive in the best way! Chef Anthony can be seen overseeing the kitchen and on occasion delivers a meal and is wonderful to chat with. The Valrhona Mocha is life altering! Excellent chocolate paired with fantastic Hawaiian coffee; a match made in culinary Heaven. All the bread based menu items are so fluffy! Even the multigrain bread is light and airy and not the usual heavy bread. The French Toast with the coconut whipped cream is dreamy. Claudia, the baker makes amazing baked goods with the Matcha cookie my favorite non-chocolate cookie. It's pairs well with coffee or tea since it is not too sweet. The galettes are offered in both sweet and savory varieties and vegan baked options are at the pastry bar. Lunches are terrific with the smash burger as one of our favorites. The onion straws and chipotle queso make for a wonderfully messy burger! The salads offer non-traditional options like watermelon radish and charred lime vinaigrette. Add a protein option to power those greens up! For vegetarians, the menu offers as many options for you as your omnivore pals. The cocktails are original without heavy or too many ingredients.
Ordered salads - entees served before we finished salads - my meal (hanger steak) was cold - took 10 minutes for a new one to arrive - by that time my wife had finished her dinner while it was still warm. No apology just a statement that I wouldn't be charged for the steak. Server was very indifferent to our being there - also many food runners in our area brought food to wrong tables. Will not return
Great food & great service! We sat out on the side patio which was nicely shaded and not as much road noise as the front patio. The food was excellent and our waitress was wonderful. Cant wait to go back and try the breakfast menu.
Best restaurant ever! Great food great drinks and great service staff is attentive management super helpful the pan seared halibut is outstanding
Always good to be there!
Too loud for us. Unlikely to return or recommend it.
Dined with friends and food and drinks were amazing. Ingredients were so fresh and flavorful. Calamari was the best. Highly recommend it. Canât wait to dine there again!
