Hands down best service ever at a sweet shop! Went I'm yesterday and we will be regulars now!

Good ice cream. Employee's always seem like they are in a good mood. They have a nice indoor seating area as well

This is my go-to chocolate store in the area for gifts and treats. They are a little expensive, but I think the quality is worth it. Their chocolates are much better than their ice cream in my opinion, and they have a lot of chocolates and candy apples to choose from. Worth stopping by if you're in the area!

My husband and I waited for 10 minutes to order an ice cream. That’s fine. No problem. We don’t mind waiting our turn. However, right before the employee finished with the group in front of us, a whole bunch of people walked in and just got right in front of us. The employee had seen us waiting out turn, but still helped the others first. So we walked out without getting anything. That’s more of a reflection of the other customers but the employee should have helped us first. It’s kind of confusing the way it’s set up, so maybe make it more clear where the ice cream line starts.

I live in bridge park and will never go back to this place again! Horrible costumer service from the two young ladies that were working closing shift on December 30th. Definitely treated me different than the rest of the costumers in the store

Respectable chocolate & ice cream -- definitely worth a visit. It's a cute little shop with friendly staff and nicely package treats. However, for the price (and it is on the pricey side), I prefer the creamier and fudgier chocolate of Schmidt's Fudge Haus if I'm going to splurge. Same goes for the ice cream. It's good, but maybe not Jeni's or Graeter's good for the price point.

Legit place! Always a pleasure to visit.

I was disappointed when my usual hangout stopped selling their toasted coconut ice cream. When I discovered that kilwin’s had it, plus a chocolate toasted coconut upgrade it instantly became My favorite spot for ice cream and sweet treats. The owner is lovely and the staff are always pleasant. It’s also refreshing to walk into a business where employees and customers are given the CHOICE to wear, or not to wear, a mask. Thank you for everything that you are doing!

Quality product is the key here. Price reflects the quality, but you get what you pay for.
