Worst kfc I’ve ever been to, out of almost every state I’ve been in and gotten it.Gradually getting worse & worse. People who work here aren’t even legal to have a job.
First of all these tenders are not like they used to be the colonel would roll in his grave if he tasted these tenders they serve me today. They were so dry and hard I took them back. And the one they replaced them with we're just as bad if not worse. And the manager was very rude to me when I ask for my replacement
dt lady had to know what gender my partner was, and was rude/judgy about it. gave us plant based chicken that made me incredibly sick.
I am very disappointed with this location. I asked for all wings and they didn't give me that, also the chicken was soaked in grease, it wasn't crispy. This is my 2nd time going here and it will be my last. I paid 16.99 for this disgusting chicken.
Rude worker! Worker asked me to pull up front for my order. When she brought order she did not bring sauce. When I asked her for it she walked away and told me I had to go back through the drive thru and wait in line. Smdh
I have not had KFC probably in years before this. I wish I knew the name of the young lady working the drive through tonight. She helped me figure out how to save money while getting more than I was trying to order in the first place. An extra chicken tender and a bottle of water AND more $ in my pocket? Yes please. Oh and she dropped me fresh chicken tenders because she didn’t want to give me all the dried out ones. People working in customer service these days should definitely take a lesson from this lady.
Very fast and pretty darn good! Food was hot! Differently will be back.

Service was very professional and food was hot and tasty. Unfortunately, the only way to order was thru the drive thru and eat in the car. The in-store dining. room was closed.
I generally like KFC because they have a decent variety on their menu. However, this particular store was lacking the quality of service. I stood in line for 15 to 25 minutes before I could place my order. I was the 3rd person in line. I believe the cashier was in training, he was having problems inputting the orders of the two people in front of me. They had to repeat their order several times. There was a lack of management or trainer assistance or guidance.During this time there was a Dor Dash person waiting and the Uber person left.Take caution when going to this location during the dinner hour.
