Stopped in to this Jimmy Johns for a quick sub. I was the only customer in the store, but was rudely told they wouldn’t help me for at least 30 minutes because they prioritize online orders and they couldn’t step off the line. You’re entire value proposition is that your food is ready fast. You’re putting together subs…not building a Tesla. It would have taken about 45 seconds to make the sub I was going to order, I think you could have managed.
Ordered small delivery on a Thursday during off peak hours before lunch, took well over 2 hours for sandwich to arrive. I’d be hesitant to order from this location in the future.
Think twice. On too many occasions I paid $20 for a sandwich, drink, and chips to be delivered and it took well over an hour.
Stopped by this location on a road trip to get something other than the standard drive through road trip meal. It was open, unlike the other sandwich stop across the street, so at least they’re paying high enough wages to attract/retain employees is this labor market.Food wise, this did not live up to my JJ experiences of the past (probably 3x per week in undergrad). The Pepe I ordered had one slice of ham and a dusting of lettuce on the inner edge of the fold. So thin I thought it was a Slim by accident. For $11 the combo just isn’t worth it. If this is an attempt to cut costs to maintain margins in an inflationary environment, I’d caution management that they’re likely to lose customers in the long run as it was horrible value for money.Tip for customers. Order a bunch of extra veggies as they’re free. Chips still slap though.
The food is very good but they are terribly under staffed. The time it takes to get your order taken and then the time it takes to get you food is unacceptable. They need to hire at least one extra person for the lunch rush.
We will never be back- 3 people were working behind the counter and no one even acknowledged us or welcomed us in- we stood there for 5 minutes and then left
FAIL: Not the typical Jimmy John's experience, I would not recommend this location. Our lunch order never arrived, despite the fact that the Grub Hub app claimed it was delivered (80 minutes after placing the order). The delivery time was extstimated to be 18 minutes at the time of the order. The store phone just rings and rings and rings and never gets picked up.
Ordered lunch for delivery , I work 2 miles away from this location (Dublin Ohio) and they marked my order out for delivery so I went to the dock to wait. After a half hour I called and asked where my food was and they said its still at the store they are waiting for a delivery drive. Its now over 1 hour, my lunch break is over and still no food. If they don't have a driver then they shouldn't take orders and especially mark them OUT FOR DELIVERY knowing that people are waiting. As a regular I love the food but this is my last order.
Going down to 2 stars. Jimmy John's says, "Freaky Fast" but not today. Only two customers in line to order sandwiches. Why did it take almost 10 minutes to get sandwiches made? The guy making sandwiches made about 10 online order sandwiches before the two customers that were in the store. I asked the guy why he was making online orders ahead of customers in store and he gave me a bad attitude saying I'm only one guy. He was an older gentleman and there were about 6 younger coworkers behind him making other other online orders. No one can help out their coworker? Management needs to fix this. Take care of in shop customers and delay online.
The person who took my order was extremely rude and did not listen to the order did not give me my drink or receipt..
