Ordered a pizza for delivery and the store indicated a 35-40 minute delivery. Called an hour later and the store indicated it was set up for pickup. I ask if a new pizza would be made since it had already been made and received the response “it has been in the warmer”. No indication of a new pizza. Can’t wait to receive this delivery….store hung up without an explanation…. We have ordered from her multiple times without issue until this occurrence.
Jets website says text the order and save 20%, so I did, but the reply just led me to a website. So I called the store to be sure they received the order, and they verified they did. I go to the store 15 minutes later and they have no record of the order. I verify with them that I called the correct store, and I did. But there's no pizza.They offered to make the pizza ASAP and at no charge, so I do appreciate them making it right.Out of five orders, it's likely you might get one done correctly... and that's at every Jets I've been to, not exclusive to this location. The pizzas are delicious, I'm just tired of dealing with errors nearly every time I order.

I ordered pizza and it was supposed to come in 45 minutes when it dint come after an hour I called them. They were like we dont when it’s going to arrive and when i asked a follow up question they hung up on me. Very pathetic service.
It's simply the best pizza anywhere and if you just happen to get a bottle of ranch to drink for dinner, you won't be disappointed. ? It's nearly that good!!!For real tho, the Detroit deep dish is in a league all its own BUT last weekend, when my wife and I visited Columbus to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary we decided, against our Jets ordering history, and ordered a thin crust (gasp!). It was fabulous! We ordered a Greek salad with ranch too and weren't disappointed. The beets add such a nice touch of sweetness...classic way Detroit does Greek salads at Coney Island restaurants...if you know, you know!!! ?PLEASE, do yourself a favor and GO!!!
Very good thin crust. So many choices. Delivery was even early. My new best pizza place.
Its not worth wasting your money. It was way to salty & the cheese bread was so greasy it tore my stomach up!!!

I want to love Jets, because we actually love Jets. Not the best cold, but it was our favorite pizza in town.But the last time we ordered pizza - and we are a family of 6, so we order ALOT, we went for seconds, and some roach crawls out from underneath the crust. O.M.G. I can't express the level of nasty we all feel that we had already eaten part of that pizza.So I can't stomach buying from Jets ever again, even if its a different location. bummer.
