I'd been too Jersey Mike's several times before, but not this one. (Tip: if you go in the left front door, and wonder why the menu is all wrong, you went into the wrong shop under the right sign. It's the RIGHT door.)I got the Big Kahuna. Delicious blend of flavors. Possibly my new favorite. I'll be back.
Their quality varies wildly. Sometimes the subs are loaded, sometimes anemic. Especially the hot ones. But it's okay.
Love this place !!! My favorite is the Italian Sub with extra hot peppers. The bread makes it great …
It's 10:02 and not open. No one is even there prepping. Crazy world we live in today. It's what happens when you deny Truth! It just takes many years to see the effects.
One of the worst experiences at this location. It took them 50 minutes to make 1 regular steak sub. Other than it was burnt and tasted bad and ended up throwing it in the trash where it belongs. Wasted 50 minutes of my lunch break along with the money! Not recommended at all
the best subs in dublin! really cool and nice staff too!
Pre covid, I don’t remember ever seeing more than 3 employees in a store at a time. This is the third time in about a month that we’ve tried to come in and order food, and this particular store has been closed well before their posted business hours. I walked up to the store today at 8:05 after taking my son trick or treating. The door was locked and I saw 3 employees already closing down when the posted hours are 9pm. I called and I was told that they closed because they are “super short staffed.” It seems as if these young employees are just picking and choosing their hours and allowed to get away with it because of “covid.”
The food was great but the service totally rocked. The female behind the counter who I think was a manager did a wonderful job. However, 2 other employees who were high school boys were doing their jobs. One kid was sweeping the dining area. The mgr had to tell him twice he was doing a good job. The other boy who was working behind the counter grilling our sub stopped once to make sure our sub was cooked thoroughly, then continued to talk to the friend while trying to wrap our sub which didn’t affect the time in which I received my sub. Not sure if Dublin has a mask mandate but none of the employees were wearing masks, but that’s not my problem Also, we got there at 8 pm-an hour before close & they were out of Italian/white bread, which is understandable because perhaps I should be considerate and understand places are busy sometimes and run out of stock. I learned a very valuable lesson today and that’s that the world doesn’t revolve around me and I shouldn’t comment on things I don’t understand. Overall very good experience ?
My step mother and I recently took an endeavor to Jersey Mikes Dublin and may I say it was absolutely splendid, the food was oh so yummy in my tummy. My close family member who also shares my same last name left a distasteful and negative review on this place and I want to take this opportunity to publicly apologize for there actions. The only thing I have to make note on is that there was a lot of dirt residing on the bottoms of chairs, it almost resembled what would come off of the bottom of a shoe? But aside from that I greatly enjoyed my time there. Would highly recommend!
The food was fine but the service totally sucked. The female behind the counter who I think was a manager did a wonderful job. However, 2 other employees who were high school boys were barely doing their jobs. One kid was supposed to be sweeping the dining area but was too busy talking to a table of his buddies. The mgr had to tell him twice to get sweeping or go home-he started but was acting rude & kept stopping to talk to his friends. The other boy who was working behind the counter grilling our sub stopped once to go into the bathroom with one his buddies to laugh at something & then continued to talk to the friend while trying to wrap our sub which took like 15 mins because he kept stopping to talk. Not sure if Dublin has a mask mandate but none of the employees were wearing masks. Also, we got there at 8 pm-an hour before close & they were out of Italian/white bread.
