Very good ice cream and waffle cone. The problem is not the ice cream, it’s the staff. Two black woman walk into this establishment (myself and a family member). I can tell that a young female staff doing everything to avoid waiting on the next customer, which is us. But I noticed that she cheerfully waits on the next person in line behind us. There is a young male staff member comes out and just stares at us instead of saying ‘can I help you?’’. But at least he took our order, unlike the other lady. I sense the racial tension and it’s been a while since I’ve felt it so blatant. After all, we are not living in the 1930s and they might as well had been wearing white robes and hoods, as far as I’m concerned. That is the vibe that I was getting. Well they don’t have to worry about me ever returning there.
Ice cream is good but the staff is racist.

This ice cream is the best ever! Customer service could have been a little nicer. We are all trying to follow the rules of covid, but without a sign that says to move up a space, how would the customers know to do so? Great ice cream and there is nothing like that amazing smell when you walk in. Plus if you've never tried the bramble berry do it!! You won't be disappointed!
An extremely familiar, clean place with great customer service. The ice creams are tasty, with a variety of flavors, highly recommended! You wait at the door outside for him to be called inside the establishment and once you are inside you can consume inside with the family.
Excellent ice cream. Burp…
I have been going to Jeni’s for a number of years now. The ice cream is excellent and they have flavors you just can’t get anywhere else. My favorite was the goat cheese and fig which has, sadly, been discontinued.
Lifelong Columbus resident, but this was my first visit to Jeni's! Didn't disappoint. Got the peanut butter with chocolate flecks. So freaking good!
It can be fun to try the unusual flavors at Jeni's, like Goat cheese with red cherries or Riesling poached pear. However, this visit I didn't like the flavor options. I tried Wildberry Lavender and also Mango cheesecake and was not a fan of either of them. The line can get quite long but tends to move fairly fast.
First time having Jeni's and was worried that the hype would have oversold it. Definitely not the case! The ice cream was fantastic and getting to do the mini scoops is great so you can try multiple flavors. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Indoor seating is closed at the moment, but plenty of area outside in old town Dublin to sit or walk.
